2009.11.06 Forensic Entomology Report Released #2

This report cannot be called "Junk Science"! JB and team may call it junk science because they don't understand it or cannot refute it.

Reading this really made my heart ache and my stomach churn.

Wonder what "spin" the Anthony's will put on this? This must be the "facts" that the A's keep arguing about...no facts, no proof! UGH!

In view of this damning new evidence, and the A's newest claim that Caylee is still alive, I now expect the A's to issue a public statement declaring their sympathy to the unknown relatives of the unknown "carrion" found in KC's car.

Am I the only one that wants to print out these forensic reports and mail copies to CA, GA, LA and KC? Is there something wrong with meeeeeee????!!!

I have been so busy the last few days following Baby Shannon's case and Elizabeth Olten's case that I had no idea we were even GETTING docs. *SM does a happy dance*

Before I go read this thread can someone really make my day and tell me that this report is the nail in Casey's coffin that I hope it is?

I am voting before death as blow flies will seek out a body within MINUTES of death. They will fly MILES to reach a body. To me this info is indicative of her taping Caylee's face shut and throwing her in the trunk to die!

YUP!
Unfortunately, I think our sleuthing and theories are turning out to TRUNK AS PLACE OF DEATH . .

Blow flies and coffin flies
may the evil one burn in hell

Well, that was not an easy read...My take...

Seems to me from the lack of blowflys, Caylee was not buried and Casey didn't use the shovel successfully...maybe she tried but it was too much work so decided on just throwing her dead Baby in the woods. Maybe she used the shovel to help bag the body...

See, in MY scenario, (all opinion) Caylee was thrown in the trunk and ducktaped to keep her quiet, I think, possibly the night of Father's Day so she could talk to Tony instead of text...so...Caylee wouldn't have been "bagged' at that point.

It had to have been messy...maybe she cleaned HERSELF up in the pool afterwards, she wouldn't have dragged that smell through the house, it had to reak..(pool ladder moved per Cindy and George, take it with a cup of salt ;) )

And the papertowels...maybe the chloroform WAS from cleaning products...the computer searches a coincidence...or a wishlist...;)

She could have taken the laundry bag and garbage bag from the house when she returned to clean the car...

I read in the report, maybe she wasn't in a "sealed container" (confused here...) seems it's because of the amount of fluid in the trunk...anyone else read it that way? Cause that would fit w/ the scenario of her being bound in the trunk, died, decomposed, and bagged later at the house...I'd bet money she jumped in that pool...

And.......it's all peer reviewed, by board certified entomology experts.

:gift:

Yep, looks like Christmas came a little early! There's no way this evidence can be disputed even by the loud mouthed LKB.

I see from the report that they found two kinds of hairs as well in the paper towels. Perhaps those will be able to be identified. One type is short and dark, the other were longer and lighter brown. If one is Caylee's and the other KC's that will help in lieu of the fact that experts were amazed the trunk carpet was as clean as it was.

If I recall correctly, ???? they did find a hair with root in the car that was decomposed, limiting testing options, but had a 'death band' ... and it was a mitochondrial match...Caylee, Casey, or Cindy...2 are alive, one is dead...anyone know if this could be the hair? Or was it somewhere else in the trunk? I've been away too long...my memory is slipping...

She's a goner. jmo.

For some reason these reports really hit home with me.

No LWOP.

Shame on her parents.

She can spin black to white, with her rapid fire lingo, and non-stop aggressive demeanor.

IMHO, in this case with a baby, the jury will not like her, or her antics........:snooty:

This goes right along with my theory but i cant decide if she was put into the trunk alive or already deceased. I think she used the shovel to transfer the body into a bag and probably rinsed it off in the pool too. But i think the cadaver hits in the backyard came from the emptying of the carpet cleaner.

There was no trunk fiber in Caylee's hair mass or I would agree. I think the majority of fibers that they did find will be from KC's coverlet or Anthony carpeting. I'm thinking the bags weren't sealed enough and they leaked. The plastic lined laundry/ball bag may have come later.

Encasing Caylee in plastic would speed up putrefaction. It would also be a factor in DNA degrading (especially in Florida heat).

After Caylee's death, KC might have just wanted her daughter out of sight and thinking about future fluid leakage out of the bag probably didn't cross KC's mind (until after stuff started coming out of the bags).

Whenever, the bags were sealed and put in the laundry bag and KC used the paper towels to try to clean her trunk, there is a good chance she did take a dip in the pool.

I was just on the phone with my daughter discussing exactly this as well. I think Caylee was alive though, when placed in the trunk. : (

Maybe the shovel fell to the bottom of the pool and she had to get the ladder to retrieve it, then left the ladder, hence the story from Cindy.

That is a wonderful observation! That makes more sense than what I was thinking.

Thanks Jolynna

Another thing that goes along with this is the moved pool supply box. Scenario: she moved the box over to the side of the pool, stood on it and attempted to retrieve the ladder or shovel or whatever.

OMG. I can't even imagine a person as evil as KC and even her family at times. This poor baby. KC thinks she is so smart, but it is plain she is not. I think she killed her baby girl to spite her mother and just left her in the trunk. When it started to smell she just bagged it all and tossed everything in the woods. The car smelled so bad she had to ditch it. I think she panicked and dumped her baby girl the day GA tried to get into the trunk for the gas cans. There is no way in heck she would have prevented me from going into that trunk that day. Her reaction would have made me more determined to do so. Had he, he may have found Caylee then. I am surprised she left the car where she did - in a very public place - especially with the stench that had to be coming from it. Why the heck would she dispose of everything at the same place and because she did that will be her undoing.

There is no way to defend herself, she has to admit she is the one responsible for her baby girls death, too much evidence pointing to her. I never have doubted for a minute she was not guilty. In my minds eye and the way she has acted the whole time points to guilt. The more she lies the more she hangs herself and her family has not helped her in anyway with their spin on things. KC deserves death, but I hope she gets LWOP so she gets put into GP - to me that will be her death sentence. With the DP she sits in a private cell for 20+ years and I think she deserves GP so she can try and defend herself there.

I am just sick and my skin is crawling after reading this report. I was trying to eat lunch, but no way, no while reading the report. This girl better try to get a plea deal and her atty needs to stop saying "she will have her say in court". I mean what can she possibly say to dispute all the evidence? They have nothing that will prove she did not do this. They have to know she is guilty.

Good points...and another wrong assumption I made was that the chloroform could have been from cleaning products...I just read on the other evidence thread that there was a syringe with chloroform found! I guess I really just wanted to not believe she could be THAT heinous...I'm stunned...she's even more evil than I thought...

I believe these are the reports Baez and team got a few weeks ago. I also believe that is why the motion filed....this past week.... "How must Miss Anthony defend herself" per Baez. He knows she has no defense.

I have a novel thought Baez, maybe there is no defense for the GUILTY!!
