My first thought about someone pretending to MP to befriend AH was none other than CA herself. Anyone else remember CA pretending to be KC in emails when TM was staying there while KC was out on bond?

Hmmm... that never crossed my mind. That may very well be true! I certainly wouldn't be surprised if Cindy did pretend to be MP.

Oh one thing I found interesting in the depo was the info that Adam L. was on and off again with KC and had been on for a few months in early '08 I think Mallory said.

AL is one of the guys who GA told LE that he liked. If AL is porch guy (wait, I think Ryan P. is porch guy - another one GA liked), then in their picture together on the porch, Caylee looks so happy in his arms and they look so much alike. I think someone said that RP was the guy on the porch though - he's the one who came down from Jacksonville and KC was supposed to join him and his family at the beach for his Aunt's b-day but never showed up. RP and KC were still close friends even though he turned on her and said Cindy warned him that KC is a sociopath.

BBM. I thought Mallory said that Ryan P was the on-again off-again guy?

She will be a perfect replacement in the family for the prisoner.

I dunno Whiteangora - I just thought she had a completely flat personality - she isn't expressing affection or concern for Lee in the depo either - I think she rarely saw the Anthony's and was the girl friend who was hanging on to what appears to be her first and only long term boyfriend. She's just flat Mallory...maybe that works with Lee - who is......just Lee.

This is a minor point, but I thought it was strange that Mallory didn't meet Cindy or George until 6 months into the relationship with Lee. I dunno, maybe that's the way things go these days.

I also had a hard time reading this doc as it kept 'disappearing.' One thing that I found interesting was when Mr George questioned Mallory about working in the tent. He asked her about the flyers and if she had taped any up. She said yes We know Mallory had nothing to do with Casey's death or disposal, but with what we know now of the rare duct tape, I found that line of questioning ominous (although Mallory referred to the tape as 'masking tape. I suppose at 25, I might've not distinguished duct tape from masking tape either.) He also asked her about all the supplies and stuff- she mentioned flyers, t-shirts, and tape (among other items.) Mr George asked where the items were stored after the post for the day, Mallory replied the Anthony house. I didn't get to finish reading the document because it was so difficult to read.

I guess to communicate with and date LA then Mallory learnt Anthony-speak, where you say things so compounded (talking in circles) the listener can interpret it many ways. Mallory just used that skill for the Depo ... To say nothing about nothing, offer nothing and, lead the questioner to surmise nothing. She clearly demonstrated her loyalty to LA and thus the clan.

I clicked on one of the boxes at the top of the page third over that - when I held my mouse over it said size to page - then used the + thingy to make it larger print and it was easy from there.

I love you guys because you get upset like I do about the things that upset me. Someone has to be upset for Caylee. If you have had abuse in your family you understand that a child can be alone and caught up with selfish/evil people. And, call it personal-it disturbs me to hear about what a child had to endure from her "family." The proof of her neglect speaks loud and clear, she is no longer with us and her mother can not tell us why.

Hearing Mallory state that no one was frantic or upset while Caylee was missing is surreal, it is more than a normal flawed but loving person- can process. I knew Annie Dowling said when she spent the night while Casey was out on bail, they made popcorn and watched a movie, her Cindy and Casey. Annie says they did not discuss Caylee. I knew Caylee did not have friends her own age. I knew her mother did not risk (everything/anything)to make that call to report her missing. I know that her mother and her grandparents did not look for her, even in their own neighborhood.

I don't know what others would do or how they would react. But I know how good human beings who love the person who is missing would act. Tim Miller said he never had a family act this way when a child was missing.

If you feel like I feel...only other people expressing their emotions about this can help alleviate the psychic pain caused by (in a flash) understanding (deeply) what (short)life was like for Caylee Marie.

What ever this family is-they are capable of sitting nicely and eating dinner while their two year old is missing. You either understand the inhumaness of that...or you don't.

That is the word I couldn't put my finger on. Passive, but flat. Maybe after a year of the media, Anthony circus she just became immune to it all. KWIM?

Ok - I admit it - this car thing has me going.

I went back, way back into time. According to this:

this is the original arrest affidavit - and I'm noticing the dates are screwy

CA called and got the ball rolling the night of 7/15

This extended over into the early morning hours of 7/16 (YM states he got the call at 0045 7/15 - 0045 is 12:45AM - that can't be it had to have been 7/16 at 12:45 AM)

So, this puts her galavanting around Orlando in the morning hours of 7/16

Her Universal trip was started at 1230 hrs 7/16 (pg 4) They picked up ICA and took her to Universal

AH is referenced on pg 5 - it states AH was picked up at the airport by ICA at 1430 hrs 7/15 in AH's car.

ICA date and time of arrest was 7/16 1633 hrs (4:33 PM)

So ICA made that call home around 6ish I would say (or she called around 4:30 when she was booked)

So that puts MP at the house on 7/16 at approx 4:30 PM - the car was still there.

I haven't found that yet - but I'm going to go look. IIRC LE collected the car the next morning 7/17


BTW - this original arrest warrant is worth a new read. Its been 3 years - wow - sure helped "refresh" my memory.

I'm fully aware of when the depo was done. However..... I was with WBG (not White Boy Greg) in thinking that maybe Lee had tricks up his sleeve and was actually on Caylee's side. After reading this, a balloon deflated in me and I realized no. Alas. Maybe NOW things are different, but then? No. (and that's a huge *advertiser censored* maybe.... you know?)

I chalk it up to disgust in me in believing differently and venting, projecting onto someone else, using this depo maybe to vent about everything... that really NOBODY stood for Caylee.

I'm cognizant of it all but... lol... you know. Gotsta vent sometimes.

First let me say I am really upset that I may be about to upset the many friends I have made here at WS - but I'm not certain we all read the same depo. :tears:

But here goes:

First remember this depo was taken in November 2009, not 2008 as some posters have suggested. And that Mallory and Lee do not live together now, nor have they ever lived together. At the time of this crime, Lee had a male room mate (whose name I did not write down but I believe is on the defense witness list)

Mallory says she and ICA were not friends - have never gone "out", she has never been in ICA's car, and she saw her only occasionally - at family get togethers. ICA never confided in her.

Mallory says she and CA were closer although CA did not tell her ICA was stealing from her, Lee did not tell Mallory ICA stole from him, but CA did tell her ICA had taken her mother's (SP) banking/checking information.

Was at the house the night of the day ICA was arrested - the car was not there. Family in a sheer panic as was Mallory. They knew ICA was safe but where was Caylee.

Mallory believed ICA worked full time at Universal as an event planner. Thought CA and GA primary caregivers but there was an occasional nanny - never heard her name.

Saw ICA and the family twice between the arrests, the first night she came home and once more before she was again arrested.

Stated Lee believes no one else was involved in Caylee's disappearance
Stated George has never told her he thought anyone else was involved.
Stated CA has never told her she thought anyone else was involved.

Stated as of November 2009, Lee, CA and GA believe Caylee is dead.

Bits of this and that throughout the depo, but from my point of view, this is a not very bright girl who believed, as the family did, that Caylee was kidnapped, but there is no sense she is close to this family and didn't and still doesn't see them more than once or twice a month at most. She said sometimes she didn't see them for two months at a time. Mallory could hardly be considered a confidante. She also gave me the impression she was being careful to separate what she read/heard in the media, and what the Anthony's told her during this initial first period.

All are my "readings/comprehension" of Mallory's depo and as I have long suspected - not important at all. And I want to head you all off at the pass by telling you I despise Koolaid and would never consider drinking it.

This depo is much to do about nothing IMO

But other people were around the A's during the first month or so ,who saw and heard many things .GA's friend ,Tony Padilla,Tracy , Tim Miller,etc. Mallory may not have been there for some,but we know she WAS a part of what was going on at the time. There was a firestorm surrounding this family and she sounds like she either wasn't interested or forgot .

I just don't believe her.

I think Lee may have believed ICA for what - a day? But I got the definite feeling Lee did not share his thoughts about what was going on with Mallory during those days - at all. I don't think they "talked".

But then when you think about who Lee's mother is and who ICA, his sister is, just how trusting would this young man be around women?

I searched this the other day, LE "interviewed" her and DT was there, it was stated she had nothing to offer up and I believe that if the DT did not request the interview/dep? that it would not be discovery. Guess since they were all there, they didnt need it. Sure was hoping for an AWW moment though.

Oh FGS! I'm almost speechless about this coming out of jail celebration dinner and nothing being said about Caylee! I have come to realize that some people can probably put up such a big charade to bluff an outsider, anybody for that matter. There would be no dinner for anybody that night if it were my home. Between this and remembering through reading that it was CA ? or both CA and GA that went with lighting speed to file for their 1st foundation docs, just days after Caylee was reported as missing? FGS, why would they attempt to do that so quickly if in reality ica was only being stubborn to not tell them as to the whereabouts of Caylee? Yup, I think they have always known. :banghead:

All I have to say is:
Birds Of A Feather Flock Together...Why did I think Mallory would be different? I've got to stop being so trusting in basic human nature I guess.
If Mallory ever has a child I wonder if she will think differently. Maybe not, back to the birds of a feather thing.

A celebration dinner because Casey was back home safe and sound...OMG...I have no proper words...
Who would even think about eating with a 2 year old **"missing"** much less be able to prepare a meal and have people over...OMG, I have to stop or I'm going to get in big trouble.

Mallory mentioned both of them. But I think it was AL who she said KC had been on and off with. I'm not 100 percent positive though. Do we care that much? I guess I could go back and look it up.
