2009.11.12 Mallory Parker's Depo *read it here*

The car was there. This went down starting at 6 - 9 PM at night. ICA infamous jaunt / tour around Orlando was in the early morning hours (car still at house); ICA was arrested and taken in on neglect chgs that same morning (car still there); ICA calls home with famous "waste; HUGE waste" call - MP at the house (car is still there).

It was either late that afternoon but I really think it was early the NEXT morning when LE came and took the car.

There are two TMs. Tim Miller and Tracy M from Padillas group. Tracy M was definately there..her depo describes her shock at ICA's behavior and how the made salmon patties for dinner...ICA's favorite. The prodigal daughter dinner.

I just suspect LP wasn't there because Baez and his wife were there - Baez doesn't tolerate any other "stars" besides himself in a group and he was already beginning his shut down process with the family at this point IMO - he knew they did not like him. But you are right, Tracy was probably there.

So I am curious to know if at least CA and GA and perhaps Lee but not sure about him, agreed among themselves to keep it "together" for the evening while Baez was there so ICA wouldn't "take off" again when they did not know where Caylee was. Just kind of mulling to myself :waitasec:

I apologize because I still haven't read the depo but from reading all the great post, it is my understanding that this depo was done by the defense. Do we have a depo that was done by the state?

I guess to communicate with and date LA then Mallory learnt Anthony-speak, where you say things so compounded (talking in circles) the listener can interpret it many ways. Mallory just used that skill for the Depo ... To say nothing about nothing, offer nothing and, lead the questioner to surmise nothing. She clearly demonstrated her loyalty to LA and thus the clan.

Both LP and TP were there. They had to be. They bailed her out. That is exactly why JB was there - he wanted to make sure nobody (LP and crew) interrogated his client.

LP has talked about this first night many times and how JB was protecting his client.

Yes, LP - right! I thought he was in the house about a total of 10 minutes before ICA kicked him out.

Oh one thing I found interesting in the depo was the info that Adam L. was on and off again with KC and had been on for a few months in early '08 I think Mallory said.

AL is one of the guys who GA told LE that he liked. If AL is porch guy (wait, I think Ryan P. is porch guy - another one GA liked), then in their picture together on the porch, Caylee looks so happy in his arms and they look so much alike. I think someone said that RP was the guy on the porch though - he's the one who came down from Jacksonville and KC was supposed to join him and his family at the beach for his Aunt's b-day but never showed up. RP and KC were still close friends even though he turned on her and said Cindy warned him that KC is a sociopath.

I am just guessing here... But The Real Casey is a sociopath-and understands the difference b/w right and wrong. Sadly, there is no real way to deal with someone like that. It appears that because of her lying, her parents feared retribution, hence the no punishment. Caylee was seen by the two parents to be a mistake-- hence the no feeling from the family. A mistake that GA and CA cared about but not more than the one stealing from and lying to them on a daily basis. Mallory saw what she saw and is involved with this family. She is just IMO showing how a family deals unsuccessfully with a sociopath. Which is= they chose not to deal with ICA for a very long time and when GA andCA finally did, ICA killed Caylee. JMO!

I would just like to say that this post seems so correct to my mind--great evaluation. The family has lived in tense unreality for a long time plus the stress of not being able to manage their money and allowing Casey access to it---which was really stupid. They's like to get one up on all the madness, but never could see a way that would work. Stress kills!

Yes, I can't get over them never talking about it either. I think Mallory knows much more. Plus, if she was so NOT involved then why would not only her but I believe her mother as well, hold some position in the whole Caylee Foundation that GA/CA started.:waitasec:

I don't believe one word she said in that depo.
As Judge Strickland said about Casey,
Mallory Parker and the truth are strangers. imo
She will be a perfect replacement in the family for the prisoner.

Yes, I do remember Baez not wanting any conversations going on with his client and LP (including his group), he was very adamant about that. So LP was probably in the motor home but yes, Tracy would have been there.

I searched this the other day, LE "interviewed" her and DT was there, it was stated she had nothing to offer up and I believe that if the DT did not request the interview/dep? that it would not be discovery. Guess since they were all there, they didnt need it. Sure was hoping for an AWW moment though.

Oh but now I'm remembering TM saying that he'd never had a lawyer tell him not to ask questions of his client when it involved a missing child. TM said it was at some dinner at CA's house.

I think that Mallory did befriend Amy behind the Anthony's back. When Mallory realized this might not go over so well with Cindy she decided to just say Amy lied. She was so quick to put that out there and then backtracked (had a tiny smidgeon of guilt I guess) and said that maybe someone was just posing as her. That was so transparent.
