Has anyone been able to locate the court docket record showing Lisa and Hank in court this week?

I think it was continued on March 31st (for Hank) and the 13th is the date for Lisa's pretrial.I don't see any appearances noted either. They would have had no reason to appear until the 13th of May.

What is the name of this DAYTONA BEACH facility?
I saw the same town named as where RSO Chad Reynolds was at.

That may be the location of her probation officer if you look below her pic is gives her current verified address. MOO

They are up now. Looks like no Court on the 13th afterall, everything is all settled.

I do wonder what is the point of putting someone on probation if said person is just going to get arrested again, then they simply get probation again?

Lisa was already on probation for the forgery (stealing the checks from the old man) when she got arrested for stealing the purse in Walmart (felony theft). They never brought forward Counts I & II, which was part of her probation. Wonder why Lisa isn't doing any jail time?

I guess Flo wasn't confused when she said they got probation.
 
Is Lisa able to go and visit Misty now? I am just wondering, because where I am from if someone has a record they are not allowed to visit someone in jail.

Unless it is stipulated that she can't I can't see why she wouldn't be able to. If someone is on probation are they allowed to do visitation with someone in jail? Hmm

The docket says the can leave the county to go to any county touching Putnam so I guess she could be visiting Misty soon. JMO

Thanks for posting Ath. I am finding it suspicious that they didn't bring forward her other counts. Maybe she knew something and told? Had some kind of bargaining tool? I don't know it doesn't make a whole heck of a lot of sense, to me anyway.

I don't know how she would justify visiting her jailed children as searching for work.

Putnam County and St. Johns counties do touch though:

I'm glad they didn't get jail time. It must be hard enough with their kids in jail and so many people knowing who they are. I think that is punishment enough.

I hope they can work towards making a better life for themselves, now that they can see how their family has been decimated by their druggie lifestyle and poor parenting.

I think a little jail time is what they needed. I can't stand to listen to Hank on these jail tapes, no wonder Grandma Hollars doesn't like him. He sounds high as a kite. Either that or he sounds like he had a snootfull.

He whines too much. The state of Florida is responsible for his and his families problems. Blah blah blah.

They should have just hammered them like they did Hope.

I hate listening to his visits with Misty/Tommy... It's a big ole whine fest. Lisa is almost as bad, but at least she talks about food and Misty's hair for a change.

Really – you think he is still getting high? I would have thought that with all the publicity surrounding the case, that dealers would be giving him a wide berth (and women would be clutching their bags closer to them when in Lisa’s vicinity).

If they are confined to the county, or surrounding area, that’s kind of like being in jail, as they have a history of getting out of town when things get hot, so living under a microscope must be almost as bad.

State of Florida has two different types of Probation,
State and County Probation,
Both you are not allowed to leave the county without prior written ok from your probation officer; the probation officer needs to know the Who, What Where and Why, Even for work search.
you must carry that paper with you when you are out of the county. You have to get a new paper for every time you leave. As far as visits to inmates, when you are on probation it is not allowed, actually, you are not to associate with anyone with a criminal record. LOL,
If you do not pay your fines, you will be in contempt of court and go to jail, you are also responsible to pay probation fees, which cover the cost of your probation officers wages and paper work, and court cost.
On Drug offences, you are randomly tested about 3 to 4 time a week.
