2010.04.14 NG: Misty taken to the search scene

But when they drained the Mondex. no family was called, or I dont think so, and as far as i know they did not involve other LE. I think ggms showed up, but LE said it was not related. Hard to keep up. This search was much diffferent in that the family was called in, and informed, of what we dont know, but my guess is that the search is for a body.

I had forgotten about the Mondex. Do you remember did they take anybody out there like did to the river? TIA

Misty cannot point to anything in the water because she hasn't got permission from Ron, TN and GGMa. That is what I think. I also wonder if Nancy is right about this latest site is the place. She maybe. GGMa hasn't went there and told them it wasn't yet. Misty is up the creek regardless if she is innocent or not. She has followed the script to the point that anything she says is unbelievable and Ron has said nothing except "someone stole my daughter while I was at work". Doesn't leave alot of script to impeach in trial. He has a 50/50 shot at acquittal at this point regardless because of the things Misty has said. Going hush now.

I saw that video where the reporter asked Joe about his grandmother saying what she did...you could see his jaw clench and it looked like he was about ready to start crying and I believe that is why he ended that interview...he was just so hurt over it....IMO only.

No, if i remember correctly it was hush hush. But it derived from a letter from Mistys friends. Sorry to be so vague, but unfortanatly I did not keep detailed notes like Elle did. But LE tried to say it was not Haleigh ralated.

Letter Misty wrote to her relatives (on NG tonight)

I feel so bad about this s*** you know cause I didn’t say it.
I was scare no one now what he said he would do you know that day when he would not go back to the house and he stayed at the story he put me up with a knife and said if I said he would come back and kill me.
He told me at the house he would kill me to so I didn’t know what to do. He has a (illegible) raped me you know.
I knew Tommy was coming to get the gun but I didn’t know it was gone and that is when Joe got mad.
Tom had walked out and that is when Joe took it.
You know I don’t know where Tommy went.
I don’t think he did s*** but I know he now.
Joe did they was so *advertiser censored**** up and I mean I don’t know how Joe even drove home.
That is why the van has scratch on (illegible) he was so *advertiser censored**** up bad.
That is all for now.
I just wish I knew what he did.
