I think LE is using Misty to spook someone else. Didn't Misty's mom say they moved her to another jail on Tuesday & she wasn't interviewed or talked to? Just left in a room? Now they take her out to the dock... LE could be telling someone that Misty has spilled the beans & is talking, hoping this individual will come clean for a lesser sentence.
ALSO, did anyone pick up on a statement made about yellow rope??? I don't remember where I read/heard this, but the same kind of yellow rope was found at Tommy's house. I don't recall yellow rope being mentioned early on in the case.

I believe the yellow rope was mentioned on the NG show last night.

I know there is alot of speculation about drugs, rape etc. But soes anyone remember the early clip of MC where she is fliipping hair and arms around saying "if I had pink tennis shoes then Haleigh had to have them" if I got my hair done then Haleight had to have hers done: etc etc etc. I think MC was just down right jealous of Haleigh and the attention she got from Ronald. MC was just a kid herself and somewhat immature in my opinion. I think she purposely killed then had TC and JOe come help her under some other story and now her and TC are trying to blame JO.

That is exactly what I think and I think LE wants that other person to believe she is talking. At times I have suspected NG does things LE ask her to and they send her tapes nobody else gets.

I just can't get passed the belief I have that the person they are trying to stir up is Ron and NG is helping them.

Ok so here are my questions ...

So why is Joe a changed man?
Why is he scared?
Why does he leave a room when she wears a shirt with Haleigh's face on it?

I mean if you really think about it he barely knew Haleigh, at best he may have known her for days or weeks. He was 20 years old, a bit of a troublemaker or one who got into trouble over time so what made him change? Even his own Mom said he stays home most of the time. Does that sound like a typical 20/21 year old boy?

Many many questions in my mind about JO. I know Misty is the biggest liar in the free world but I think the whole bunch is somehow involved. It's just uh who's gonna squeal first to get the best deal. I also think that's why the whole lot of them have kept quiet ... they are all guilty of something.

I get the feeling that all the attention and focus on Haleigh's case seriously cut into Joe's regular "business" dealings... Add to that, the fact that many of his "associates" are in jail for trafficking-- this is where I would imagine his altered lifestyle has come from. jmo

Not to say, however, that a young man his age can't be as horrified, grossed out, and permanently altered by whatever happened to Haleigh as all of us are.

I don't know if he's culpable or not, but I certainly don't believe the story d'jour...

Very possible. But I'm getting the vibe that TC acted on his own. He's the only one who places himself at the MH that night.

I can see MC being jealous of Haleigh. I'm sure MC resented the kids because they were a constant reminder of Crystal, plus the fact MC had to care for them & they interfered with her party hardy time.

carlos1111, you may very well be right. Misty is very young, and even more imature than her chronilogical years IMOO. Also, I think we can all agree that she is not exactly a Rhoades scholar. So if your theory is correct that she did something to the child I could totally see her calling for help in a panic. I also believe brother Tommy is who she would call in that sort of scenerio. If cousin Joe was in town and hangin out with Tommy he could very well have come along too.

I really wish LE would find whatever the evidence is they are looking for so that we could finally find out once and for all, where is Haleigh and how did she come to be there.

they did show him leaving--but everyone else looked a lot more shattered over what was said than him...to me (moo)---looked like another walk around the park so to say..

She called Timmy and Chelsea about the missing report and instead of helping find Haleigh they went to sleep.

Edit- The story all along was thats where JO was staying.
