a defense witness (professor of Law at Univ of New Mexico), Elizabeth Rappaport, is on the stand. She is detailing her education and qualifications for the court. I believe she is going to testify regarding gender bias in death penalty cases.

Casey was a bit late in getting to court today, I'm wondering if they had to pull her out of her cell and force her to come. She was not all smiles (as she usually is) when she first came in. Wearing some blouse as yesterday, hair the same and looked like she was about to pass out when she first walked in.
