I don't blame him He and the baby need to be back in thier home, Kaine probably misses being in his own home , Kyron is gone, lord knows if and when he will be comming home, bless his heart
 
I believe from other threads that TH's parents are staying with her, is that correct? If so, does anybody know if they have a house in the area? TH could go live with her parents for a while and let Baby K come home to familiar surroundings.

What a sad case. :(
 
Good for him. Kaine and baby K both deserve to be in their home, sleeping in their own beds not to mention the fact that Kaine would probably feel closer to Kyron there. He would be around all of Kyron's belongings, toys, etc. and I'm sure that would provide a little bit of comfort for him. If I were him, I wouldn't care if she had to sleep in her car, no wait, that would be the car that he bought her so she shouldn't be allowed to take that with her. Maybe she can move in with her sexting buddy.

I'm sorry but there is NO WAY, I would move back to that house with Terri not in jail, For goodness sakes this woman is not stable, look at all she has already done.... She has lost everything at this point what does she have to lose

I was going to say the same thing. Maybe her asking for moving money pushed him over the edge? I don't care if she lives under a bridge. Actually I do. I'd rather see her at the Justice Center.

Their home is in Roseburg. Not sure is they are still staying with her.
 
this has LE pressure written all over it IMO.
 
I think it would be very hard on Kaine to not be able to go into Kyron's room, touch his stuff, smell his clothes, etc. I am sure any parent would feel the same way. I'm sure he also fears that Terri may try to destroy what he has left of Kyron's ... if she hasn't already. Baby K also needs to be back in her home. She has lost so much and had her entire short life turned completely upside down and inside out. Can you imagine how hard it must be for her to understand what is happening? That just breaks my heart on a whole new level.

I have to agree that I would not feel safe there w/ Terri still free; however, how safe can Kaine really feel at any place? Terri and her sexting partner have already gotten his new address and google mapped it. Who knows if they have actually been there or what they might have been planning or are still planning. Why would anyone map it unless they intended to go there? What were their intentions? Kill Kaine? Abduct baby K? Both and disappear? What else does Terri have to lose at this point?

MC's actions scream his involvement. Befriending Terri, sexting, seeing and photographing RO, google mapping Kaine's new address, etc. What else has he done? What is he capable of? How can any of that be innocently explained away? Perhaps Kaine needs to obtain a RO against him as well.
 
I just hope Kaine has a very good security system in place. It just occured to me that TH (or a "friend") could easily break into baby K's bedroom and take her. A security guard would be better. I hope LE is planning on making their presense known. Maybe they need another LE to stay there until TH might be arrested.

Maybe at the very least, he could have some friends or family stay with him too.
 
I'm glad to see this...

IMO... Baby K needs to be back home and in familiar surroundings...

I also hope that there is a constant LE presence, bc lord knows what has been done to the house or what's going on in the house
 
I would love to see Baby K and K be able to go home. But I feel this is something more. The hearing is only a week away. Why the push for a faster hearing? I'm waiting for the next shoe to drop.

We can certainly hope the next shoe is about to drop.
 
My suggestion: Kaine should wait until she goes to the market. Then he should enter his house and throw all her crap out onto the lawn and change the locks. There is no need to pay the $250/hour attorney fee for this simple problem. Just do it. (I watched the neighbor behind me do this twice in the past decade. It is very fast and effective.)
 
If she had a shred of dignity she would just leave and not make him go to court. I guess that is hoping for too much. I just hope she doesn't empty/thrash to place before she leaves.

I completely agree w/ you. That would be my choice. With everyone pointing blame on Terri and all of her dirty laundry being aired I would be surprised if she has not done some kind of damage to the house or Kyron's belongings just to spite Kaine.
 
Good for him! Maybe she can move in with MC till this whole thing comes to a conclusion.

He bought that home for his children and that is where they should be.
 
Her attorney has stated that TH will voluntarily move out--what's the problem?!
