Does anyone know where there is a good link to the 10/29 hearing? YouTube perhaps? The links in the news thread keeps freezing on the video and all I have is the audio with a frozen picture that changes periodically. I want to see all of the facial gestures that everyone has noted. TIA!

I don't know how to multi quote or I'd have included Chef's original request, but clicking back through the quote should cover it. I think what Chef wanted was something other than WFTV, I have the same problem with WFTV videos where it freezes the video and sputters through a freeze frame at a time while the audio runs freely. Youtube doesn't do that on my computer, nor do other videos at sites like clickorlando or wesh, just wftv. geez i'm so tired i can't even capitalize anymore. goodnight all.

I think Judge Perry made it clear in his order, the fishing expedition is over!

I cant understand why they need so much money to check
out CA. and GA. in Niles,Warren Ohio.I read here in the forum
somewhere they are actually from Niles! That whole area except
for Youngstown is BooneDocks.I'm not knocking it,little towns are nice
but they act like they are going somewhere big time! Niles only has 20,000
people.They can acquire birth,marriage,death certificates by mail,a time and gas saver.The hotels are about 100. a night for a better one. Most of the people who lived there at that time are no doubt gone by now.What a waste.:banghead:

The judge may have actually gotten that one. This particular funding request was specific to the penalty phase and was submitted by AF. She strikes me as being a tad more competent and meticulous than the two primaries.

I agree with what both of you are saying, for the most part. Likewise, no sympathy here. It is just that some things seemed different this time. Not just CA. I disagree with Lillian Glass' article; I think KC looked horrid. I didn't think the schoolmarm thing did anything to 'soften' her. The only plus is that it helped with her preening of the hair. In fact, she looked like who she really IS - cold, unapologetic, wicked - instead of some phony persona. I watched that 1st video several times. She was breathing short, shallow and rapid. When the hearing recessed, she blew off JB and she appeared po'd with him to me. I'm not sure anything in particular "happened" (e.g., some dramatic 'come to meet Jesus' meeting). Although that could have happened...I don't know. It could be just that they were po'd and disappointed that the motion for reconsideration was denied. I think that was important to all of them (for different reasons). No matter how we all feel about CA & GA, they're not completely stupid. No one can deny it what happens in that courtroom during hearings. It is like watching the 3 stooges. "Copies?"..."Leftover funds?!??...uh..uh.." Then ya have Cheney Mason pointing AT Baez ("don't look at ME!") when Finnell questions something. It clear to ANYONE who the most competent, professional attorneys are in that courtroom and they ain't representing Princess Casey. They don't like it, but I don't think that is lost on George & Cindy.

I considered that Casey is upset because she seems to have lost J. Barrett, since Ann Finnell came on board. I dunno. It could be a combination of everything.

Is is possible that the touch DNA results came back? And that they found KC's fingerprints on the tape or Caylee's clothing? :waitasec:

Yeah! How did she get to be Ms. Drane and KC is Mrs. Anthony?
He's cute as a button, I still want to pinch his cheeks so badly everytime I see him. Everytime he says Pacifically, I giggle...he's like a teddy bear with a sweet verbal affect.

I'm wondering this too ... I've posted on this on the Legal Questions for Our VERIFIED Lawyers thread hoping for an answer

"Now that we're getting closer to the time when Jose has to disclose evidence he will use at trial which I'm assuming includes reports/research done by his experts ... does he have to disclose incriminating evidence or can he just disclose what he deems exculpatory? My understanding is the prosecution has to disclose both but is the defense held to the same rule?

Plus the family told Finnell they don't want to talk to her. More proof it's going to be a pointless effort. If it was so important, why wouldn't Finnell just drive there herself? the entire trip wouldn't be exorbitantly expensive. Guess they shouldn't have blown through that 300k!

short answer nope! They are obligated to protect their client so if the reports do not put her in the best light, the defense gang can choose to NOT use the information at trial. Just because the State of Fla paid does NOT change the rules of "ownership" but if they wish to use the info at trial in her favor, they darn well better turn over the info to the prosecution BEFORE trial so the SA's scientific specialists can evaluated the info!
