I'm not a whiz at reading bank statements & CC statements but it seems like CA was over her head. Her past due amounts keep growing & it doesn't seem like she was able to make the minimum payments. Can you imagine what the atmosphere was like in the house around this time?

Those "Shirley" emails... she sure had KC pegged... it's a shame CA didn't listen to the lady... that little girl might have been alive today.

Pt 1 pg 193
"In summary, the plant evidence indicated that the vehicle was probably parked beneath a Camphor Tree and/or live Oak Tree for a sufficient period for the leaves to fall and catch behind the windshield plastic. (Item 28 & 29) and fall into the spare tire well (item 11) when the trunk was opened. Perhaps at the same spot the vehicle ran over and picked up a Camphor tree leaf under the chassis (Item 10). The pine leaf (item 9) could have been from the same place or incidentally picked up in travel.

The plant material submitted in items 5 of 6 of and 7 of 7 is distinct and can be matched if the correct plant is found."

I am reading the document # 25605226.pdf and on page 125 there is a letter from CA to KC. In it she states: "When spring comes and your trial is over we will find her together. I continue to seek her and continue to have hope that we will all be reunited soon."

This letter is dated 7/21/2010! I would hope that CA isn't so deluded that she actually thinks the remains that were identified as Caylee are some other child!

That's what she claims, while having cremated a body and wearing the ashes in her jewelry...No application of logic in any of her thoughts.

The Shirley letters: isn't that Cindy's MOM?

Do we know if there was a Camphor tree where Casey supposedly backed the Pontiac off of the road on Suburban Drive? If so, this would tie Casey to the scene where Caylee was dumped.

Could Cindy be thinking of suicide in anticipation of Casey getting DP and them both 'reunited' with Caylee? Remembering Cindy's urging Casey to have faith and all her talk of faith at the memorial. I do believe Cindy's totally lost it.

Does anyone know if any of the "Shirley letters" are new? I wish I had time to read them myself but I am on a bit of a schedule today. I have read all of her letters that were previously released. TIA.

No, they're not new. They are the emails between Shirley and her sister that have been released before.

Gosh even I can tell which checks ICA wrote vs. CA....sad isn't it.IMO

Hi whiteangora

Because of where the camphor-type leaves were collected from on the car (the gap between windshield and hood, under the windshield wipers if that makes sense), I think the camphor-type tree is more likely near the Amscot dumpster. IMO KC would not have stopped long enough on Suburban for the leaves to settle into those parts of the car, KWIM?

ETA: Or even if there were that kind of tree near where the car was parked at the tow lot. It did spend a long stretch of time there...
