I believe the rule is that if the page is now private, the info shouldn't be used. Please PM Kimster or Daisy on that, unless they answer here.

But that was the rule in the PL.

Though I would add as long as it is 100% sure it is one of these guys, and was clearly labelled as such.

I would hate for some innocent guy to be visually labelled as a suspect in such a small town that is likely not very happy right now.

Totally understood which is why I thought I would check. I suspect if MSM has done their homework, it will be published elsewhere soon.
 
I haven't been following this case for several days due to personal matters, but DEAR GOD! PLEASE let this not be true! I/and of course the rest of us couldn't take the pain. For so long, I have prayed that this poor baby died in her sleep from lack of medical care [SAD EFFE'D up world we live in when my best scenario is such a sick- twisted scenario]. If this is true, I have ZERO faith left in humanity... and I feel a terrible guilt for the children I've brought into this world---if this is any indication for the horrible things they might witness along the way.

Zahra, a gazillion parents would have loved, nurtured and protected you from any harm...and I would have been more than PROUD to have you as my baby!! :(

We don't post on private social networks sites ever.

The rule is "private means private".

thanks kimster :) I just wasn't sure how it pertained to sites that were public at the start of a case but at some point went private!!

I believe he has self-identified.

Normally, however, we prefer that the privacy of users be sacrosanct, and that users not be "outted."

me too Mrs G - seems none of them drive a legit vehicle nor have a valid license. Much less the DWI's.

From reading agatha's post of records it seems LY has the longer rap sheet. Also, he has a cocaine conviction along with a schedule VI possession as well. Assault on a female - from what I've seen there are 2 - 2 different women. One of those also carries a violation of protective order which means the woman had a restraining order against him already when he assaulted her (probably at least the second time as she had sought a restraining order in the first place)

He (LY) also has a hit and run on his record. This guy is just plain bad news. Also, isn't this the one that the local 11 o'clock news is going to interview? That should be good.

I hope this is all part of the cover up but why if they were successful in keeping so much sealed - release this information if it appears unsubstantiated?

If LE thinks they had part in the murder/rape - why would they have an obtainable bond?

I've also noticed in looking through the convictions for both of them that there doesn't seem to be anything that gives validity, at this point, to the allegations in the documents. Not all criminals are sexual deviants towards children. I may be wrong, but right now, unless LE has forensic evidence, it may just be EB trying to throw both of them under the proverbial bus. MOO
