The page was public (AF's) , is now private. I am certain it is JY there are no other people in the photo (just Zahra and JY).
TY, Kimster.
Though I would add as long as it is 100% sure it is one of these guys, and was clearly labelled as such.
I would hate for some innocent guy to be visually labelled as a suspect in such a small town that is likely not very happy right now.
I believe the rule is that if the page is now private, the info shouldn't be used. Please PM Kimster or Daisy on that, unless they answer here.
But that was the rule in the PL.

Sexual Assault 2008
We don't post on private social networks sites ever.
The rule is "private means private".
thanks kimster I just wasn't sure how it pertained to sites that were public at the start of a case but at some point went private!!
I'm seeing Assault on a Female. I don't see where it's characterized as sexual assault. Am I missing something?
me too Mrs G - seems none of them drive a legit vehicle nor have a valid license. Much less the DWI's.I'm getting a little deja vu feeling re; charges on that rap sheet......
In a statement to police, a source wrote that he had third-hand information that a man named "Sammy" ... "had done something very bad and needed to leave town."
The documents don't specifically address how the girl died, but they do include details about two men, acquaintances of her stepmother, who a source said could have raped and killed Zahra Baker.
Police searched the home of "Sammy" Y and LJY, looking for evidence of firearms, bodily fluids and indications that Zahra had been there.
The warrants note that Elisa Baker showed "deception" in a polygraph test when asked if she knew of any harm that came to Zahra.
