Judge asking about the prior deadlines and decisions - that either both sides of counsel could agree or HE would set the time. That the two of them together came back and gave your honor those times. With the exception of Dr. Spitz with medical issue, what has occurred between the time of agreement and now that would cause the Judge to want to change those times and especially inlight of Dr. Reichts TWEETS!!!!!
