Acevedo has transported witnesses before, and they were transported the same way as KC.

State trying to show KC had become a "witness" and not the focus of a police interrogation.

Boy JB really has a bad poker face. He just salivated when the deputy stated that she patted KC down before transporting her.

JB looks like he just got his "gotcha" moment.

The glass was open...had KC sit closest to the opening. So being 115 lbs soaking wet she could have crawled up in front right?? HaHa

LDB Did you treat any of those individuals any differently than ICA ?

Is this how you would transport Any witness in your patroll vehicle?

Is this YOUR standard operating procedure? Yes this is my standard operating procedure

How about Mrs Anthony or .. ?( missed it)
If they were going to go with you ? They would go in your back seat? yes

you would do a pat down for safety? - yes

Did he really?? At least she didn't flash him the finger.

It absolutely happened! lol At one point LDB referred to it as Hopesprings Drive. GA sneered and corrected her saying, "Hopespring? Yes." LDB replied, "Whatever." :floorlaugh:

Your transportation of her was for the very limited purpose of having KC show you where she last saw her daughter?

This transportation was for the "limited purpose" of simply showing the officers where the apartment was.

Something is wrong here on Fox, now we are hearing Cindy talk. Oh boy sounds like Micky Mouse now.

The purpose of the second officer following was to stay behind to "verify" (said with sarcasm) the info KC gave the OCSO.

Sa looks like the description ICA gave for Zanny. Hmmmmm
