Even if she were in the front seat, under the law the defense has to make an argument that it was a custodial interrogation requiring Miranda - it's their job to try to get this stuff out - and unfortunately it could go that way if the reasonable person in KC's situation would not feel that they were free to go. Ugh.

So she was in the car to Sawgrass and back. She was not cuffed and they were going there BECAUSE of KC telling them that is where she left Caylee.

KC was not being arrested she was being "chauffeured" in a car that DIDN't smell like death. BIG difference.

They should have just given her the keys and said we'll look for her here! you go to sawgrass, see if you can find her!

She drove KC to the apartment complex, then back home, in the caged portion of the vehicle. Absolutely trying to convince the judge that KC was being arrested.

Meanwhile KC was in a cage and free to use her cell phone and flirt and lie while her daughter was being torn apart by critters and being skeletonized in a shroud of blankets plastic bags and decomposition...

This act that poor little ICA was scared intimidated and just confused and a little girl sure as bull crud won't fly when the jury learns she took LE all the way down a hallway in a building at Universal before she finally admitted she was not employed there. Even gave the security guard at universal a fake name for her boss and everything...strode down the hallway with purpose with her hip shaky walk. Sound like she wS intimidated? Not so much. A brazen and sadistic liar but intimidated and scared and so young and confused...please. This girl has clocked more field time with the opposite sex by 23 then almost all of my good friends combined and we were in a sorority at Texas. Nice try defense....lmao!!!!!

For 35 minutes she was in the car, and wasn't read her Miranda Warning rights.

D: I let Ms. Anthony out of the vehicle, and stayed for several hours.

M: how many deps.

D: myself and 2 others

M: were you there when Melich came?

D: no

M: what time did U leave

D: 3:30 AM

No new deps came after she arrived. Dep. stayed to assist.

Obtaining statements, and was present until told she was done for the evening. Dep. took C & G's statement.

Were you present when ICA was handcuffed?

D: don't remember (lots of don't remember's here).
