I think Jose is just offended that officers would even try to see if Casey would talk to them again without him!!! I think he is just pi$$ed! This will go nowhere and LDB will whack this out of the park on cross!!!!

How in Baez's mind is George an agent of the state if we can hear Yuri saying we will do whatever ICA wants to do - we will sit here and wait.

What does SHE want? Does she want to visit with her father alone? Does she want her attorney present? WHAT DOES SHE WANT...we'll do what she wants...
 
I can't hear all of the audio, does anyone think that this tape helps JB's motion at all?
 
It occurs to me that this is an extension of JBs procrastination, stalling for time, putting things off. Now he's planning on making these hearings take forever...to delay timeframe? I hope HHJP schedules hearings this weekend to put it back on track.

WE have never seen or heard that interview with Lee.

Mr Anthony, is it a fair statement to say that LE continually tried to get Casey to talk with family without my presence
