What does overruled mean? Can someone explain to me what LBD is doing when she objects? and if it goes in favor what does the judge say?

The opposing attorney can object if they feel a question was irrelevant or some other reason. If it is sustained the Judge agrees with the objection. If overruled the judge agrees with the other.

ICA is not his baby, Caylee was. Look at CM with his hand on ICAs shoulder. She doesn't need it. She could acare less that he's crying.

She must have no heart, no soul -- her daddy is bawling on the stand talking about the love for her, and she can't bother to look at him. CM must have gone blind today because he obviously didn't see that ICA wasn't bothered. Just a feeble attempt to think that perhaps she was trying to squeeze out a tear.

I hear ya, Linda, I so hear you. I've thought a lot about this as well. IMVHO - her parents are doing her no favors by acting and reacting the way they are. Had they not went into protect Casey mode, we might very well not be seeing all of this.

I believe a good caring parent would accept their child has faults, made mistakes... however, would insist she would have to face what she has done.

I really think the jury is going to hate Casey for what she is putting her family through.
