He claimed not to know what questions JA would ask in a depo????? Seriously???? HE KNOWS.

I agree, JB is more dirty than he is unintelligent.

I feel for the SA and HHJP - how do you deal with a cheater w/o a mistrial being declared???

JA: saying in good faith...CM, JB...they would not do what they are doing. JA said, look just write it down...and they did but now they want to say that's not what we meant.

We prepared for this but again we are told...JA just apologized for getting emotional...

he has had it with the "nothingness" of the defense's tactics. All they do is avoid. The judge says the two sides cannot agree if it is day or night.

The judge will let each side present what they need to present. HH says he was not back there, concerned about "appelate ..."...how will an appelate court read this?

So, he will let the state call additional witness if they need to rebut.

JA feels he did not get a chance to prepare because of the way the defense is withholding...

I'll believe it when I see it. I'm so disappointed for Caylee. Her own grandmother LIED on the stand under oath AGAIN. And now this...it's disgusting.

IMO

It will be imperative that at some point, and it may be Ms. Burdick that does it, that someone reminds the entire court who this case is about. A gigantoid picture of Caylee should be front and center, lest anyone forget.
