this is ridiculous.

John Gardner? Is that who JB just said? Someone posted on facebook that this guy is potential juror.

Juror is saying he posted he had jury duty - but that's it.

This guys opens himself to being struck for cause with his "probably guilty" comment but Baez made a BIG mistake pointing out the error and given him the opportunity to cover up his tracks.

But maybe he does believe "probably guilty". He should say it if he believes it. Or he might want to explain it.

Not something to hide or cover to avoid "opening himself to being struck".

OTOH I fear Baez is going to spend hours trying trip people up.
