I don't think this Juror's an outright liar. I can see he's not all that swift (moo) but I don't think he's devious. He said he answered no to the arrest situation because it said something about "criminal" and he didn't realize a DUI (with no jail time) meant he was a criminal.

But doesn't the average Joe know that if you're cuffed, put in a cop car, taken to the police station, fingerprinted, and what not is a criminal offense? It's not like getting a parking ticket.

How do you even find out this information on someone?? Are you telling me that if someone knows my name they have my ebay and amazon list readily available??

As for finding that out.

On ebay - you just click on the buyer or sellers name and you can find out what they have bought; what they have sold; what feedback they left; what feedback they have received.

On amazon - at the bottom of the page it usually says "other people who book this book (or movie) and what else they bought - you can then kinda "backtrack" into finding out about a buyer or seller.
