This guy needs to have a breathilizer test!

I'm listening to the guy and he claims to be a trader with Raymond James and like someone else said, he can't be a complete dummy to work for that company.

He sounds like a southern guy from Florida. Many of my friends from back home in Florida sound much like him. Doesn't mean he's drunk, on drugs, etc., just that he doesn't sound like we do.

ETA: If he had back surgery and is taking pain meds, then that could cause him to be tired. I take meds for my back/neck pain daily, but thankfully my meds doesn't make me sleepy.

Poor Ms Finnell looks really, really sick. I feel bad for her, she needs to be home in bed.

I don't think he's on drugs. I don't think he's stupid. I think he's a stutterer. I hear indicators that's the case.

I have a friend who's a doctor, an internist. She's a stutterer. She has the same hesitancy and breathiness in her hesitations when she's speaking. She's brilliant. And she doesn't use drugs. She's just a stutterer.

He is so PRO DP it isn't funny, the pause on the 2nd part of that question was telling.

This is painful to listen to, it's a done deal....a beer for me! Can they just be done, neither side is going to want him. Seriously let poor AF go home, that woman is about to keel over!

Its kidna hard to make that leap without being able to SEE him - you're right he may just be a slow southern gentleman - but without seeing him its hard. Based on just his voice and answers - well..........

I think he's just a thoughtful man, one with few words but plenty going on in his mind. He had a good answer for JB when he asked how he would put all he knew aside. It was a ridiculous question and he answered it well.

Im really amazed Cindy has managed to stay away from these proceedings, I imagine her to have been chomping at the bit having to stay at home watching from afar. Bet the last 8 days have been the longest of her life.

my hubby has the same sort of voice inflection and is a LTC in the army and not on drugs..

just saying I am giving the guy a chance in general voir dire and hear some more about him

((aside: sometimes shy and quiet and introspective ones are the best moo))

ICA really put out some evil eye looks today. I know she has a new bump in her hair, but she better work on her attitude. The note taking and looks must be stopped.

I will be surprised if the DT doesn't strike him......but then again, they don't seem to think the same way that I do.

He was released, went home, then called back right? This means he probably didn't have time to reflect but rather wondering WTH is going on for them to call him back after letting him go home for the day.

This guy is thoughtful with his answers, I just wish he would be decisive!
