wonder if after this PJ is done the judge calls for a 5 minute recess, comes back but is relaxed and standing, attorney's leave (DT) thinking court is over...Judge calls in Jurors and swears them in. After all the Judge stated over and over, that he will swear them in soon as he gets a certain amount. Told them Perry rules too a few times. Warned them.

How hard is it to say YES or NO.

I simply cannot believe that Jose asked an "Insider Trading" question??????? Yikes..as IF this guy would admit to that (even if he would???) H e certainly doesnt sound like he over reacts to anything...including an oncoming tornado..LOL

I think even JB is a little perplexed by this guy... Yes, NO? He's not sure how to question him.

JB: I know everyone's asking you the same question 10 different ways.

Why? Why is it necessary to ask him again after JA grilled him on it already? He said yes. Are they expecting him to change his answer?

Or maybe he was napping when they called him and he's still trying to wake up.
glad I wasn't on the roads up there when he was driving in then. He really does sound impaired. I'm kinda surprised no one has said anything because you know everyone of them in there HAS picked up on it.

Mod warning:

Members have been given great latitude during the voir dire process. We have been removing post after post with namecalling, nicknames and disparaging remarks about the attorneys and the defendant. Remarks of this type will not be tolerated, regardless of how innocent they may seem. This will stop immediately or timeouts will resume at a rapid rate.

If you find your post has been <mod snipped> do not attempt to restore it to its original verbiage because doing so will result in a timeout.

Think about it before you post it and never, ever edit out a <modsnip>.

I must say JB has been much more likeable than usual this week. I guess because he's just talking with PJs and not shirking, whining, snarking.

Off to pull out my eyelashes and eyebrows.

How does anyone know if they can put all of the info aside and not consider it until the deliberations are actually taking place? I think this guy is just being completely honest.
