You guys have been so great all day making it so much easier to moderate the threads today.

And thank you to you Patty, for making it so easy to post here!

OMG I actually saw a link in a google search before AND found it to be no longer in service.

I think the bggest issue was that it used images from his official 9th Circuit page with the court.

Don't blame him.

Jeremy Lyons, Mort Smith et al?

Bringing over from last thread:

No. She is on. JA tried to use his peremptory or strike without case, it was objected to and sustained which I have NEVER seen before. She is the first juror we know is on the panel, as far as I am concerned. JA failed to question her more or use a challenge for cause first which was a big mistake. They are talking about this on the news.

Wrong.

They did try to strike without case and it was objected to and sustained.

Already did. It did not work.

Nope.

I pray you are right!!!!!!!!! But my lawyer instinct is very concerned. I feel a tiny bit sick.

The first ones to be seated are the ones on the main jury. Then, they select alternates.

You are right.
So...what's a back strike? TIA

It's 5 o'clock somewhere!! Not here yet... still working... but somewhere!!

Mason: We will work till 9 or 10 PM at night. That is overly burden[some.]

No Mister Mason... what is burdonsome is postponing this trial any longer than it already has and making the good citizens of florida PAY FOR IT... so bring your sack lunch and shut your pie hole

Jose doing all the talking. I betcha it's about the WS logo

I'm not so quick to be concerned about the older female AA juror. I think it's important to keep in mind that an older AA woman from the south has likely experienced a great deal of hardship in her lifetime, it's possible that she won't necessarily look very kindly upon ICA's imagined hardships within what is in all actuality a pretty privileged life. Potential juror likely didn't have half of what ICA has had handed to her, and ICA has the nerve to complain that she's the victim through all of this. I know that hits a nerve with me, and I likely haven't seen anything near the struggle that this woman had the opportunity to witness.

I say we withhold judgement for now, people can surprise you. :)

Guys fill me in while their sidebarring. I left around 3:30. What's up

I dont understand the questions about the phsycologist. I thought we were not going to hear what the phsycologists had to see. Anyone?

I know the Mics go off during a Sidebar but are their remarks audible to the others in the court?
