ICA still has that strut going on

Yep but she strutted out during the break...wonder if the deputies will be escorting her out each break now of she had to visit the ladies room.

Hope they are removing her each break.

This is actually awesome... If we get to keep the next two Jose would have to use up all his 3 strikes not to get the Jury by the end of this day ....right?

2 more left...
we are at 12,
judge mustve agreed to wait till end of day to do any swearing in...

And DT will have to strike all three (I believe their last 3 strikes if there is not cause) if they don't want HHJP to swear in 12 either tonight or first thing tomorrow.

Reality setting in yet DT?

I would really like to see more women on this jury. If the majority end up as male I think that is better for Casey but if they find her guilty I wonder if that would raise an issue later of jury peers gender bias or something just like race does sometimes?

HHJP had to know how many more PT's were waiting in the wings. I'd betcha some of my sloppy joes that he'll hear these last two, see how that goes, and then swear in whoever is left tonight. We know he's no stranger to working late, and he doesn't seem to mind getting the late ones sandwiches. That may put us at opening arguements on Friday, since he said he'd give them a day to get their stuff together before going back to Orlando.

Makes sense? Maybe not.

Going to DQ for dinner-WI-FI available and free kids meal night-then to DD's ball practice, no internet unless I can pick up an unsecured signal!

Laterz! :seeya:

She's got her strut back!

I wish I could teach that girl to walk! I don't mind looking at her while she's sitting, fidgeting, picking at her clothes, etc..... but that walk really ticks me off. Can't help it, don't know why.

Boy that LEO is walking so close to KC she could be in her footsteps.

KC always walks so far ahead and this time the LEO literally doubled her pace to catch up to her.

I had an appointment today and missed part of the interviews. Someone mentioned that pj #3015 was from Warren, OH, which is where the Anthonys are from. Did anyone ask her about that?

Now that you've mentioned it, I think I noted that same reaction from her several days ago when someone else said something she knew was incorrect. You may have brought out a really important "tell" to watch for.

 Friday...so good to see you again...I knew you'd be back here for the trial!

I think the perry plan has somewhat altered

moo

cannot wait to hear what it is after the next two

(two more... sigh)

Can someone explain to me the significance of the "odd" number jurors and the "even" numbered jurors. Why does this matter?

Whether it is an odd number or even number tells the judge who goes first in their challenges of a PT..to make it fair..so it isnt always one way or the other to give the other side excuse to challenge or not challenge...

HHJP has the state and defense question them on the basis of odd and even juror numbers but I've already fogotten who gets which :D

Remember 3340 is the woman who works at target but she has no kids

Of course! I've been waiting for her and am on my way out. I do need a break though..I just said "what say you we go to Olive Garden"

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

Too funny on Saturday my dh was home and I had been listening all day. He laid down to take a nap so I turned down the volume and he said why did you do that it, it was putting him to sleep. Guess who was speaking? AF.

It annoys me. I really feel he tries in his way to "connect" with the pj's, trying to make them like him so they will like his client. I cannot stand the man. I know attorneys like him and find them to be underhanded.

The personal little touches, about books, sports, whatever...icky.

The state does not do this and that's why i feel less intelligent or more gullible jurors will be more attracted to the defense.

I am not too worried about that because I think even the most gullible juror will feel betrayed by the 'super nice attorney' when they start looking at the ugly evidence. Even the simplest mind will suddenly get why that defense attorney was trying so hard to be their buddy.

One of my first bosses when I was a teen was the nicest guy in the world. I gushed about him to my parents. What a super nice man he was. Of course the first thing they began to wonder was if he was paying us fairly and if he was up to something. Turns out he was doing illegal things, not paying us for break time, charging us for supplies and uniforms, shorting our paychecks.

I really believe that ALL of the jurors will come to understand the DT's motives at some point. At least I hope so.
