You know, apparently some are saying the world is going to end Saturday...I wonder if that played a role in what happened today? :floorlaugh:
 
So Baez sent message to Beth Karas to stop speculating. Private matter. Case will continue at 8:30 am tomorrow.

and someone brought this out. Don't know if anyone has posted it already, but there was a link to a wftv.com video http://www.wftv.com/video/27938803/index.html that someone said was right before the lunch recess. About the 11:25 mark you can see JB come to ICA and she mouths to him "do it" and then "I want it done." I watched a couple times and that seems to be the case. What do you think?
 
Beth Karas just read a message from JB - on HLN- he said he had to attend to a personal private matter and please stop all the speculation- jury selection will resume tomorrow!

Well, that explains why it has taken 20 minutes to get back on this thread. OK so to recap for everyone . . . where we left off last night w/Levi and Trish . . . Repeat . . . Trish is not having 's baby nor Arnold's baby. There was an offer for last night . . . however Mrs. has yet to weight in. . . . .

What we know since last night . . . .
Not a darn thing folks!!!!

Well not much . . . .

We know
1) DT tried to argue things were just too fast for their client and objected to the manner in which HHBP had decided to put the first 12 through swearing . . . thus losing their pre-emptive strikes once the first 12 are chosen. HHBP did say they could have one time to kick off an alternate but other than that the case would proceed on Monday morning.

2) Did not see a lot of JB today but the camera was not on him most of the morning. . . .he did argue he felt he needed to do the best he could to keep the promise he made to KC. HHBP assured JB that he had done so.

3) KC wiped each eye one time before leaving the table but smiled to people on her way out . . . debate over whether that was crying although KB who was in the courtroom said KC was visibly crying coming in and going out.

4) JB did not return to court @ 12:45, nor 1:00 nor 1:15 but other attys met in chambers w/HHBP and they all came out - DT started packing their bags . . . SA sat watching what was happening.

5) HHBP clearly knew something that was not disclosed today along w/CM. I do not know that anyone else was made privy to court not continuing this afternoon.

6) Speculating as to why court was recessed until tomorrow morning (not sure where):
a) DT filing an appeal
b) KC fired JB
c) someone is sick or injured
d) . . . .

I would bet money that she know's she in big trouble (finally) and wants them to file a motion. I guess ICA Is running the show. :banghead:

She's probably giving JB the go ahead to get a new jury somewhere else....too many already have opinions of her being GUILTY! JMO

Ok after rethinking this whole recess and canceling court for the rest of the day. I happened to remember that yesterday when the mic was left on in court , A poster had stated the SA was reading the list of PJ's over out loud in court.

I wonder if that is what lead to JB leaving to file for something and then the rest of court being canceled as it would be pointless to continue if the Jury pool list was public.

That was me. I heard the SA read off every single name. First and last. I was really shocked. There was a group of PJ's together, and she read off the names of the people to stay. She then told the rest of them they were free to go.
 
Uh oh, apparently Baez has been reading here and got mad! Apparently he texted Beth Karas and said to stop speculating because it's a private matter. Yeah, right Baez. Like that's going to stop us! :floorlaugh:

Wow, his ego. Like we'd all stop just because he said so. Sheesh! Reminds of me CA saying she backed out on Oprah, not the other way around...

Thanks Aedrys - I completely forgot. That explains why my local supermarket specials end on Saturday the 21st. :doh:
 
HLN..Beth Karris just got a text from BAEZ..He said "stop speculating cos it's just a 'private' matter & they're all set to continue in the am".
 
I bet they asked Casey if they could do court this afternoon without him and she said NO.
 
Well, the "do it" video, I don't see that, but I can't read lips. Perhaps he already told her of his personal issue and she is just saying it is okay for him to leave. IDK. :crazy:
 
Maybe JB has found the real killer. :waitasec: :crazy:
