I can't believe In Sessions cuts out at 3pm EST during this period instead of extending their coverage during the jury selection and trial. It is so disorienting when I have it on as background and all of sudden one of those car chase shows come on... I wonder why they did not plan to keep the live coverage all day for this trial.

I saw Casey take the stack of what I presume to be the pjs' questionnaire forms that she takes notes on (circles, etc) and flip through them looking for something specific. Then she moved the stack to her lap and continued looking.

It's been annoying me this whole time how much access Casey has to the internet during the hearings, jury selection etc. Why is she allowed to be looking at things on the DT's phones for example? Why should she be able to read texts, see tweets etc? I just don't get it.

ICA was not texting, she took some papers from where AF or CM was sitting, placed it on her lap to read. I think she isn't suppose to see them...and hiding it from her attorney's at sidebar...LOL MOO

They are going to have to use one! I believe the defense will use a strike and then the guy who was really indecisive about the DP will move up and they will have to strike him. But that brings in, I believe the woman with all those great credentials? Maybe the defense has already figured this out and won't use a strike?

But they don't HAVE to do they? I think they would like to get on with this trial...I wonder if they have just been playing chicken with the defense in the last couple of days.....

They don't have to, but I am just hoping the defense doesn't use their last strike... the State might be forced to use their strike if the defense strikes someone from the 12 if an alternate they do not want on the 12 moves up.
