I see Jose is getting back at Jeff for all his objections yesterday...only difference is Jose is getting over-ruled and Jeff was always sustained! LOL

Honestly, though, it's always easier to get a "sustained" objection during cross, than it is during direct. Just the way things work.

'Cause that's where the empty food containers and laundry detergent bottle came from that was in the trash bag in ICA's car.

Naturally the jury will wonder why it was in her trunk and not in the dumpster at the apartment complex.

She helped clean,
we all did, she helped clean more often
I had an Apple Macbook Pro . . . pkg deal from Fullsail . . .we all had same computers, she had a pc laptop, I saw her use it, she never asked to borrow mine or anyone elses computer.

While she was living with (us) . . .she seemed nothing changed, happy, excited about life, socialized with her one or 2 times - once @ my friend's apts. that TL and I stopped by, I can't think of the others.

Fusion UL, has food, nightlife, never spent time w/KC @ that place.
