The State ought to start asking everyone if they were present when KC wrapped duct tape around her baby's face.
So clever on Baez' part- can't prove a negative... hope the juror's listen to the evidence and don't get led down this false path of 'reasonable' doubt. A reasonable person will still look at the totality of evidence and see what KC truly is. THe Blockbuster video should be huge for them. To see a supposedly 'good' mother out acting like that hours after her child supposedly drowned in a tragic accident cannot be explained away by claiming she is a sexual abuse survivor used to living a lie.

As for ICA, that little pouty moue (as I've been describing it)appears to be starting to etch lines in her face and that reminds me of the character makeup used in a famous movie staring Charlton Heston that involved simians. IYKWIM

Baez arriving at court, yelling and cursing the reporters when one trips on his rolling suitcase ...reporters being pushed and threatened with legal action. The sense of superiority these jokers (Casey's attorneys) have is staggering.

I think I would lay my head low to if anyone ever accused of me something like that. The embarssment, anger of knowing I didn't do it and how Baez Directed the penis comment I'd want to spit a few bad words at him . It has to be tough on George facing everyone after those comments. I'm one who doesn't believe she was sexually abused.

I'd hope that his LE training and CA's nursing background would help them understand they aren't to take accusations flung at them by sociopaths too seriously. Serenity now GA!!

Holding his head up high is a signal to the jury he's not ashamed and likely innocent of ICA's claims. MO

I agree the SA needs to stay the course and ignore the drowning stuff. They already got GA the one witness other then ICA to the "inccident" to admit it never happened. That and the DT never pressed GA about it.

I agree. The jury was probably shaking their heads in massive confusion that JB did not question George about these accusations. It made no sense at all to do all that finger pointing and then... NOTHING! NADA! ZIP! I think he lost his shock and awe moment and he will not be able to regain it once the state lays down their case. It almost looked like JB was backing away from his story.

I just watched this. I stopped when I heard CM say again that he is a senior Citizen. I'm so tired of hearing him talk about how old he is! So CM plays the "old" card, and JB plays the race card. They truely are "the drop out defense" !!!

If Baez knew all along that Caylee was dead, wouldn't he be required to tell someone of authority that the child was no longer living?

Could he really as an officer of the court continue holding that information back even during the time when they were still searching for her body? :waitasec:

I am not saying he would have to tell the who what when and where either.

No, Baez is not required to tell anyone what his client told him about Caylee's death. He can hold that information back, even when the searchers were looking for Caylee.

Geez, WHAT is their deal? I cannot believe that they've thrown out their credibility trying to prop up this DT. I had such respect for them back in the Peterson trial days. Now - zero respect.

Is it because Baez will be their newest employee at the conclusion of this trial and they need to prop him up?

Or is it because the DT has promised the EXCLUSIVE interview with ICA if she is acquitted (lol I know)? If so, they are in for a rude awakening because Baez has apparently promised that same exclusivity to WESH, 48 Hours and Geraldo.
