Is it common for a 2-3 yr old to put their own shoes on?

I can't remember that far back and only had one.

2 year old, NO, especially if there are shoelaces.

My 3 1/2 year old is just now learning to put his own shoes on. Does not know how to tie them. I think this is pretty common.

All MOO, experience.

It appeared to be beneficial for Tony.

SLAM....her very lovely way of saying he was getting plenty of sex.

Same here, my granddaughter is 5 and she sometimes struggles. Certainly not 2 1/2!

This girl is wonderful. My only problem is the tongue smacking before she answers every question, it's blowing out my eardrums.

MK says the Tony and KC were "casually dating", it's easy for me to forget just how short a time they were together because KC basically moved in so quickly.

Dont wish to derail the local topic, but I just got off over seas call, can some tell me who this young woman is on the witness stand? thank you, I promise to back read

Clint's old girlfriend.

The worst part of this whole story is that Caylee, at 2 1/2 was answering a door by herself. That could have been anyone at that door. That is neglect! You teach your children never to answer the door at a young age... not to open it blindly while your disgusting mother is doing God knows what in the other room!

George Anthony has been wearing a ribbon pin on his collar since trial began yesterday. Different colored ribbons show support for different causes, such as pink for breast cancer, red for heart disease. I can't tell for sure, but it appears his ribbon is silver, which is for mental illness. Can anyone tell for sure what color it is? It might give us some clue as to what he is thinking -- like perhaps he has finally accepted that Casey has some mental health issues?

A 2-3 year old can put on slip on shoes, but it's hard for them if it's a tie shoe to get on, and rarely can they tie a shoe at that age.

Wow - I started grade one when I was five because there weren't enough students in the little country school, but the one think I had to pass was tying my shoes myself. I practiced all summer to pass that part for September.

prob wrong but I got the impression "beneficial for Tony" meant she was easy (sorry dont mean to offend) and Tony was happy!

Is it common for a 2-3 yr old to put their own shoes on?

I can't remember that far back and only had one.

My 3 yr old gdaughter who will be 4 tomorrow, puts her own shoes on and has since she was 2, but hers are slip-ons and crocks, etc.
My 2 almost 3 yr old grandson wears lace up sneakers for the most part and he cannot put them on himself. He can put his little sandals on by himself (velcro closures)
Both of them get them on the wrong feet tho and then walk around like that till one of us changes them around.:giggle:
