Good Morning!

I was up most of the night trying to figure out when the DT decided to call this an accidental drowning and a case about "secrets"
I am understanding now that Casey must have told Baez this story of an accidental drowning and how her father was there when it happened... which does make perfect sense since being how it is as ludicrous as a nanny that didn't exist kidnapping Caylee.

I would love to pinpoint when she told the defense team this craziness, considering that up until the body was found, they were fighting for tips and claiming that they felt Caylee is still alive.

It all comes down to those Jail house letters I think..but then, even in those Casey claimed to have left Caylee with Zanny for a few days while she was getting ready to move away. She was but was not missing..

Gosh, I hope those letters come in, and the jailhouse videos.

I'm waiting on CA.

No no Tulessa! Don't you think it would be better if she came in tomorrow and spent the day on the stand?

If she testifies the way we think/hope she will, I want her words to sit with the jury - because they are bound to be powerful - for the three day long weekend!

What do you think? Risky, I know - but it could also be wonderful...:waitasec:

ITA, with the snapped theory...but think it is more of a sociopathic sort of snap.

Scary...

To risky with CA, ya never know what she's gonna say or do.

I spit my Double Grand French vanilla Latte all over myself at Stark-bucks this morning,

When I over heard two older women stated,

" That poor Casey Anthony, no wonder she didn't report her baby missing for 31 days, after going through such horrible abuse at the hands of her father"....

:pullhair: :cursing:

P.S. I did straighten their thinking out... LOL

What a morning for you!!! Good for you for straightening out their "thinking." :)

To me she is a wild card...one just doens't know how she will be....I think jb will try to crucify her on the stand in his more agressive way he shows himself as of late...seems like if you aren't on the DT---well then you are the enemy....He does get a tone and it isn't a good tone....

I didn't want to be so banned from WS that even my Great Grand Children would be banned. So, from the start I had myself fitted for a straight jacket to wear through out this trial...

.. LOL

Absolutely! I think they will continue to connect the dots with the people that she surrounded herself with after Caylee's death. I'm thinking tomorrow or Monday for CA. But she's the one I am waiting on. :)

Good Morning Justice Addicts!!:seeya:
I think TL will be up first and finished then possibly-
Amy
Jesse
Cindy
Of course, maybe not in that order.:waitasec:
One thing I want to see today is more of LDB and JA!!:great:
Not that FG didn't get the job done-but gosh it made for a looonnnggg day!!:fence:

Oh come on! It's been three long years - let's live dangerously! It's risky, but then I'm a risk taker...I want these theories of Baez shot down hard and early in the trial.

You are right, but I think CA is much tougher than George. And she has had six weeks to prepare.

•Changes in work and social relationships
•Having less time and freedom for yourself

•Lack of sleep
•Worries about your ability as a mother

Feelings of anxiety, irritation, tearfulness, and restlessness are common in the week or two after pregnancy. These feelings are often called the postpartum or "baby blues." These symptoms almost always go away soon, without the need for treatment.

Postpartum depression may occur when the baby blues do not fade away or when signs of depression start 1 or more months after childbirth.

You may have a higher chance of postpartum depression if you:

•Are under age 20
•Currently abuse alcohol, take illegal substances, or smoke (these also cause serious medical health risks for the baby)

•Did not plan the pregnancy, or had mixed feelings about the pregnancy
•Had depression, bipolar disorder (for example, manic depression), or an anxiety disorder before your pregnancy, or with a previous pregnancy

•Had a stressful event during the pregnancy or delivery, including personal illness, death or illness of a loved one, a difficult or emergency delivery, premature delivery, or illness or birth defect in the baby

•Have a close family member who has had depression or anxiety

•Have a poor relationship with your significant other or are single
•Have financial problems (low income, inadequate housing)

•Have little support from family, friends, or your significant other

Symptoms
The symptoms of postpartum depression are the same as the symptoms of depression that occurs at other times in life. Along with a sad or depressed mood, you may have some of the following symptoms:

•Agitation or irritability
•Changes in appetite

•Feelings of worthlessness or guilt

•Feeling withdrawn or unconnected
•Lack of pleasure or interest in most or all activities

•Loss of concentration

•Loss of energy

•Problems doing tasks at home or work
•Negative feelings toward the baby
•Significant anxiety

•Thoughts of death or suicide

•Trouble sleeping
A mother with postpartum depression may also:

•Be unable to care for herself or her baby

•Be afraid to be alone with her baby

•Have negative feelings toward the baby or even think about harming the baby (Although these feelings are scary, they are almost never acted on. Still you should tell your doctor about them right away.)

•Worry intensely about the baby, or have little interest in the baby
Signs and tests
There is no single test to diagnose postpartum depression. Your doctor may have you complete a questionnaire (such as the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale) at your office visit to look for signs of depression or risks for depression.

Respectfully snipped.

Most women with postpartum depression can barely function, not plan elaborate schemes to defraud people. I just do not see them dancing, drinking , and humpin the night away. Drinking alone yes. Suicidal yes. But not out partying and lining up their "backup guy". I just can't see it.
She would not have been able to cook and clean for her current thang and his roomies.
See what I am saying? I just think it is kind of insulting to women who have suffered through this and could barely function to bathe themselves.

Of course, my opinion only.

I want them shot down too. But if she can't break a life time habit of defending her daughter, especially now with her life on the line, I don't want the jury sitting there for a three day weekend with her words being the last they hear.

In my heart of hearts this is what happened. She had Post-P Depression.....got pregnant unexpectedly, "allegedly" the father died in an accident, she wanted to give baby up for adoption or abort, Cindy said NO. Cindy harped and harped on her re taking care of Caylee (rightfully so but didn't see the s/sx of post-p depression and get her help). Numerous fights/anxiety ensued with family, felt everyone forgot about her and loved caylee more than her from her ex-boyfriend to family.....grew to completely resent caylee and had a family fight for the "last time" w/ threats of taking away caylee from her and she snapped.....and killed caylee....this way to get back at Cindy and alleviate her "burden" from keeping her from having fun like her friends. I don't think Caylee died by drowning...I personally think ica snapped and it was a long time coming.....does she deserve the death penalty? Honestly, I do not know.....the Bible says an "eye for an eye" however only God can truely judge but what she did is just completely unforgiveable. She should at the very least be spade and sent to prison for life so she can never have another child or harm another child.

** I couldnt agree with you more. I still also think she was molested by GA. He is such a liar too. He lied about a gambling habit. He should have been at work and was hanging out was some chick while she paid him to make it look like he was at work. Plus, ICA friends through Tony went riding with her in her car during this time of CA missing. None of them noticed and order. Who is to say GA didnt pick up the body someplace on his way home and dispose of it.
I think CA is very afraid of her dad. When a person grows up and is manipualted and sexually abused. This is all they know. She done the crazy things she done because her parents were not there to control her. She was in Control. I also think if she was there the day CA died in the pool then she really did go into a bout of deep depression and blocked it all out. This explains the strange behavior. But the whole family lies. Do one can tell the other the truth. This is the only way they know how to live with each other and not argue the tell one lie to cover another lie.

I just hope that they stop with the side bars/recess to get prepared....I swear they spent more time at the side bar than presenting the case....those poor little jurors...wonder if it has dawned on them it might be longer than 8 weeks--especially since jb told them this is pretty much a waste of time, considering its a "accident" --- that alone would really really anger me---why after three years?????? Also why they didn't pursue prosectuion of the alledged SA?????

Jesse's testimony will be very tearful I can imagine. I am really not ready to see him cry. I know what it feels like to love a child that is not your blood, I've been blessed to raise 2 of them their entire lives-15 years of it anyways, and I couldn't imagine loosing one of them.

Jesse will rip our hearts out.

Oh come on! It's been three long years - let's live dangerously! It's risky, but then I'm a risk taker...I want these theories of Baez shot down hard and early in the trial.

I would just love a quicky with her...do the phone call.....ask perhaps about the abuse and leave it...don't open the door for jb....don't go there---let them sweat it out.....If I understand it right they can't question beyond the scope of what SA puts forth??? Am I correct????? (probably not....just don't want jb running the mouth)

To me she is a wild card...one just doens't know how she will be....I think jb will try to crucify her on the stand in his more agressive way he shows himself as of late...seems like if you aren't on the DT---well then you are the enemy....He does get a tone and it isn't a good tone....

I'm hoping the SA has worked with CA, because to me JB is the wild card - he loses his temper and loses control - like yesterday - did she have a gun in her dress, did you see a gun blah blah blah, - he was off the rails IMO. Poor Bill S. was laughing so hard he almost fell off his chair....

I hope CA has learned the golden rule - do not engage - keep your eye on the goal - do not engage. We saw George do it - he almost slipped a couple of times - but almost was the key word. I think CA can also. She must be so PO'd at Baez for all the rubbish he has fed her for three years....

Are they going to be starting early to hear any motions? Anyone know?
