I think the shot I saw is George kind amused by CM - CA still looking pale and anxious - to me not relaxed at all.

But the state hasn't presented the evidence that Casey said that's what she was doing - so the jury is seeing these guys all out of context IMHO.

I don't know why they didn't open with the 911 calls. Then the LE plus the statements Casey gave THEN go into what was REALLY happening during all that time. How does the jury know these were all lies if they don't know the lies she told in the first place?

I believe the point is she acted just fine after JB said in opening that it was a tragic accident on June 16th. The state is going to continue with how they have planned to present their case in chief. Nothing has changed about their theory or evidence. Leading up to LE being brought in. The jury will know after seeing all this what she was doing and compare it to her statements to LE, family, etc. When they hear her voice, watch her face knowing she is lying the whole time it will have a very powerful impact imo. Faking being upset. Those phone calls and videos from jail. Wow!

Jurors brought their own DVD's to watch. CJBP asking the lawyers to look at the list, and let him know by the morning if they are ok to let them watch.

Second request is to watch another group of DVDs and some TV series.
