I wonder when the SA will play First phone call home from jail and the jail videos and the 911 calls

It absolutely makes me seeth with anger that ICA has the audacity and gall to join in the laughter and merriment re: HHJP and the jury discussing the Lightning game after watching her poor excuse for a lawyer attempt to decimate her own father for the murder SHE commited upon her own flesh and blood child. How dare her?

I'm an old gal, have watched and followed many cases and trials. Scott Peterson, David Westerfield, Susan Smith - just to name a few. Hell I even remember the Jeffrey McDonald case. And I've never witnessed pure evilness spew forth from one person.

Her demeanor in front of the jury is academy award worthy. When out of sight, she does a 180 either chatting it up with her buddies all casual like or looking as if she being inconvenienced to have to even be there in the first place. When leaving the courtroom, she hangs back as if she's waiting for them to invite her to lunch or out for drinks, FGS. I simply cannot wrap my mind around this... person.

I want her to fry - and the sooner the better. I want her eradicated from humanity. I want her stomped on like a cockroach.

I know I need to step away from this case. But I can't. I just can't.

IMO this girl is as guilty as sin. But, if the defense keeps on going this way, with JB's bull*****, she could walk. Maybe I am too impatient. JMO

My husband has said this for quite some time now....he thinks she'll walk (although he thinks she's guilty). Me: NO, don't even SAY that!! Slow and steady wins the race as the State presents all their evidence.

GA will make it. He knows JB is an ankle biter. He is struggling but he will get there.

JA has the same issues though, that is concerning. Attorneys should not let anyone get to them. JA lets JB get to him for some reason, and JB being an ankle biter knows it. CM will encourage it. I am concerned about JA more than the Anthonys.

Sorry SOTS.

I know this must sound really simplistic...but I think George had a real need to go to work. Not sure if anyone remembers how hard that man was trying to make a living back around the time all this happened. His own children made fun of him for being jobless. He probably pulled a Scarlet O'Hara and figured he would worry about it another day.

This is my opinion, too. He had just started a new job, was probably FRANTIC but knew Cindy would deal with it (since she always did). He did call Lee to check in on Cindy because he KNEW something was going down . . . I do believe George had every intention to call LE once he confronted KC & knew what was going on . . . he's like most every other father about his 20 yo daughter -- oblivious!

Remember, during the 3rd 911 call he comes home from work (what time?) & Cindy says, "Caylee's missing!" . . . so, did he work an entire shift or did he come home early? I'll have to refresh my knowledge.

I sat thru and took notes on the entire jury selection process.. for those who want some scoop on who is on the jury ((btw hhjp as told all of them they do not know if they are the 12 or if they are alternates and all have to pay attention.. however we have the order here.... which means unless someone is excused this is the 12 and the rest are alternates:

juror1) 63 y/0 female crisis counselor (2 kids and 3 grandchildren)
juror2) computer guy with wife that is a nurse (2 kids)
juror3) single female nursing student with a rat terrier at home
juror4) this is 1319 state booboo older AA woman who plays farmville never questioned much
juror5) long grey haired older lady who lives with her bf. had a dui
juror6) 30"s male chef with two very young kids
juror7) 40's lady that giggled thru her juror selection... has trigeminal nuralgia
juror8) woman who had kidney transplant and works at verizon (2 sons ica's age)
juror9) "favorite uncle" semi retired, single guy. Never married. No kids
juror10) another single older man. works for verizon. this is the guy whose sister tied up his dad and robbed him
juror11) single male PE teacher with two labs (dogs).. who is iffy on dp
juror12) "fun job" retired lady that cooks for Publix. a quilter from Michigan that has a 2 y/o grandson in TN

----------------------

13) surgical tech/ yarn weaving lady with two teen sons
14) government teacher(man who wants to teach this case later) with two teens
15) check bouncing lady
16) 25 y/o young carpenter guy
17) guy with 2 years coast guard service, wanted to take gma to the bb game

Did your hubby explain why he thinks that?

JMO but I think that is just the way GA talks and he can't change his personality and the way he communicates. We would all carry our personality traits and ways of communicating into the situation, I believe. He does seem to be trying too hard to get it right and I HOPE that means say the truth now.
Take my personality , for example, I would be a total wreck if trying to answer JB and there is No telling WHAT I would say!
I thought of that too. Baez was cruel and brutal. I'm not sure I could have held my cool. At least GA managed to far better than I had anticipated he would.

DO NOT TAUNT DEEP DISH PIZZA

THIS IS DEEP DISH

and my mouth is WATERING WATERING WATERING!!!!!

I don't think she is going to walk, there is a lot more to come, and the text to Amy about something smells like it died in the car. ewwwwwwww she drove around with that smell she is sick.

I wonder if the sidebar was about the inappropriate remark that JP made. He was downright snickering through Mr. George's explanation. I like the judge...don't love him....but that remark was just uncalled for...and made light of what the State was trying to say. The core of this case cannot be forgotten...Caylee Marie...and that remark did not have her in mind...IMVHO.

so it was really bad???? I just couldn't do it today...that has been so rough--I'm so tired of this being about everyone but the inmate...annoys the >>>> out of me---I am seriously questioning the judicial system at this time...the way they have gone out of their way on the witnesses....Geeze..if they knew it was a murder case knew Caylee was dead---why didn't they something three years ago???? Makes me sick....such a joke.---its not a game.....

The only positive thing about it - and yes, Baez IMO got just plain ugly - he was trying to bait him, trip George up, and yes behaving like a real - well you get it. But the positive thing was HHJP I thought was especially kind and gentle in handling George.

Since they have had several opportunities to ask him that and haven't - it is entirely possible they know he may slide on that one and so are leaving it alone.

And it may have something in ICA's mind she made up as an excuse when he was making a joke.

My question is, though, did the State ask TL in his deposition about whether or not he made the comment about only wanting girls to ICA. I understand that they have not asked him about it in trial. Just wanting to know if they asked in depo and, if so, what his answer may have been.

Thanks!

Congrats, nursebeeme! You are a great addition as moderator! LOL! Well, you have always been a great poster too!

:D

He tried to work till the end, but I do believe he left early.

Nurse is still one of us, so are the other mods.

They just have eyes in the back of their heads now.

They see it before you go there.

See, they are on the first floor and yell, stop playing with those cotton balls in the third floor bathroom!

:)
thank you for saying this!!!!!!

I am still a websleuth and always will be! As for eyes in the back of my head... I grew those when my son turned 5 or something like that LOL.. ((oy veh!)

thanks for all the thanks from all of you.

I have to go to work .

I am blown away by this case though. I dont find it boring or annoying (expect sidebars)

I hope the jury is paying attention to everything (except caseys eyebrows)

But I dont feel like the State has made Caylee a personalized little girl who was loved and cared about ,They are not making her feel "real ". .

I think it's important to remember- so early on in this case. This is such a small piece of evidence and a trial. Reasonable doubt in the face of the overwhelming evidence that is going to be presented will be a hard find.
