No reaction from ICA about the smell. Unbelievable!!! He's stating how strong the smell is and he knows it's decomp and nothing! Just staring at him, then at LDB... nothing! WOW!

"almost like the smell was let out in the atmophere" "its not a smell you forget" WOW

SB said it popped into the back of his mind that it smelled like human decomposition.

Knew in the back of his mind it was the smell of death and didn't want to mention it due to GA just talking about kc and Caylee being missing

This witness is very sure of the smell. He seems like a very good witness.

addressing the issues of the witness not saying anythng about the smell out loud..says in was just his opinion

SA: Why not?

SB: I don't really know...fairly agitated situation [w/his GD missing], and I didn't want to stir it up.

Mr. Anthony got in the car and attempted to start it.

SB was standing next to the car. The car wouldn't fire.

Didn't notice GA having a gas can at that time.

Birch did not notice gas can at that moment. However he did tell GA that he felt like it might be out of gas when car would not start.

engine turned over but wouldn't fire.. battery was healthy enough for it to turn over~ SB

After car wouldn't start, GA said he had gas in his car and went to get it

De-lurking

Did Cindy stay at the main office while George went back to get the car?

GA said he did have gas with him, should he get it? Birch said yes. GA returned with can of gas.

No reaction from ICA about the smell. Unbelievable!!! He's stating how strong the smell is and he knows it's decomp and nothing! Just staring at him, then at LDB... nothing! WOW!

She's can't have a reaction or care. If they are claiming that the smell was not Caylee then she can't care about it or act like she knows that it was her daughter.

Old metal gas can used to gas up the can... again if GA was in cahoots with ICA, that gas can would have been LONG gone!

old metal gas can... not conventional plastic kind.. the old metal kind was the one GA brought back... didn't notice tape on it
