This thread needs to stay on track with the opening post please. :tyou:

This post lands at random.

:ohwow: I just read through these emails. Recommended reading.

"All you had to do was discipline Casey. You didn't do anything to squelch her."

Spoiled rotten brat, turned monster.

It amazes me how much of this Uncle R called right from day 1. I like the "all she has to say is Caylee drowned in the pool" (or words to that effect).

It's sad to see CA 3 years later finally getting to the place her brother was shoving her. Whoever said this is week 6 and not year 3 for CA was right.

IMO: I admire the prosecution team for systematically loading every detail in a methodical manner into their chamber.

I hope they go full-barrel at the end, though.

Yep. And LDB was so smoooooooothhhhhh that barely anyone noticed that she elicited from Cindy the following:

1) That Casey discussed with Cindy on the afternoon of June 16th what to do about babysitting Caylee (Cindy had to work) so Casey was taking Caylee to Zanny's and would not be home that evening;

2) That Cindy did not leave the ladder down; and

3) That George would have typically left the home by 3:00 because that is when he needed to start work.

Cindy blew the "pool theory" right out of the water, so to speak. It's no wonder Casey threw a fit.

Hopefully the A's attorney has counseled them that this Defense strategy has the likelyhood of destroying the whole family with GA and LA accused of sexual abuse in the world's eyes if not arrested and charged by LE, CA implicated by leaving the pool ladder in place and lying about Zanny to cover for her part and, ICA in jail any way - she is going down. So it is time to let ICA go and save the rest.

I am not yet convinced that Cindy will be the open-book witness we are hoping to see, although Casey's tantrum might indicate such. So far, I have only heard Cindy seem to admit there is no Zanny (after she heard that Casey dropped the Zanny story.)

Well, I guess she also denied trying to hide the pregnancy, so maybe I am just too suspicious. What other examples lead people to think she has jumped Casey's ship?

Bolded by me. Does anyone else remember that Cindy DID make some statements about the pool ladder being up, earlier? Unless I am really misremembering She was wondering if Jessee was using the pool. Did I dream this?

I am merely cautiously optimistic.

@ around 49 sec I thought she was saying "she acted like for three years I did nothing"
what i thought , too: In other words, CA is JUST NOW beginning to treat Casey as not a victim, but a criminal who likely killed their grand-daughter. No more, "Honey, sweetheart, we love you, we know you are a victim, too"---all vanished in smoke now.

With respect to this "wonderful mom" stuff...doesn't surprise me that ICA made sure that's what people thought. This is a girl who's entire being is based on the shining facade people look at when they see her. But I think we got a glimpse of the real ICA via Melissa Englund. ICA didn't care what ME thought of her, and that's why we see ME feeling awkward about leaving an unsupervised toddler, and having to help Caylee tie her own shoes when she was struggling. I think Caylee got the best of ICA when ICA had an audience. When there was no audience, I don't think ICA gave a rat's you know what about that child.

You are so right. In all my life I have only had the great displeasure of knowing a single true psychopath like Casey. It's all a facade, there is no "real" Casey. Casey is nothing special as far as murdering psychopaths go. She's an empty shell inside. She lacks a conscious and a soul. No genuine attachments to anyone, just surrounds herself with people she can manipulate to meet her needs. imo

I cannot stop watching this video. It just fascinates me. And when I watch it, I think of her d-r-a-m-a 3 Memorial Day weekends ago at the anything-but-clothes party. She confronted whats-his-name about her alleged miscarriage that noone believed. She reportedly got really upset that he had a new girlfriend. I can see it going down much like what we see in this video.

It is a truly horrible way to live. IMO, she had enough looks and intelligence to REALLY be an events planner at Universal Studios; and could have had a good relationship, fun and comforts with her family and her daughter. That it all went like this is a hell for her. The Sociopath is truly his own worst enemy.

:floorlaugh:I just had this vision of Casey being carted into the courtroom strapped onto a hand cart in a strait jacket and face shield like Hannibal Lecter...........:floorlaugh:

Thank you for making my day!:great:

I'm thinking, well, LA had alread moved out, eliminating a witness, then CA has ICA viewing the Father's Day video of Caylee and her grandpa, the night before Caylee disappears.

Just wondering what was going on in ICA's mind right then?

I don't know, but something about that Father's Day video resonated with Casey. She reacted to that still picture from the video today. During the "30 days" Tony caught Casey watching the video one night at his pad too. I surmise that Cindy guilted Casey with the video when she got back from Mt. Dora. I assume she said something along the lines of hospice has been called in for Grandpa so I took Caylee up to see him. You could have/should have seen him too (but for your stealing jags, you couldn't go up there). Casey was so jealous of Caylee, resentful of Cindy's love for her, and angry about the threats of losing custody.

I won't fall off the couch if on cross-examination Baez tries to elicit from Cindy about that infamous fight that supposedly occured that night (June 15th). While (in my opinion) Cindy made great strides towards truth today, I don't buy the Kumbaya story about the three of them watching the video together and crying. There was crying all right, but I don't think it went down the way we heard today. When Casey listened to Cindy's Kumbaya story, she started crying like her Mom was finally taking her side. Some of Casey's crying seemed like relief but most of it today was angry crying. Like when you're so mad you can't scream but you can cry.

@ around 49 sec I thought she was saying "she acted like for three years I did nothing"

Could she be talking about the (almost) three years of Caylee's life? Didn't we hear of her being upset before when Cindy acted like the mom? So Cindy today talking about how much she (Cindy) cared for Caylee upset ICA?

jezzz they are getting so many things wrong

I had to change the channel. I cannot believe anyone would even humor an accidental drowning after all of the DTs gymnastics to get rid of the forensic evidence, and since JB has said from the beginning he had a reasonable explanation. IF this has been it for 3 years, he should be put in jail for obstruction.
