GA's atty had a meeting with Baez along with the A's according to him & they were told EXACTLY what the plan was..I assume they believed it & they knew for sure when they heard the DT opening.

eta..The atty said "6 weeks ago"..There's some confusion tho cos the GA "WHY?" letter was written in March of 2010..I was shocked about that cos it shows they may have gotten wind of this as far back as then.

I have not seen that reported. Do you have a link?

Awwww. I created a MySpace account too (which I strongly dislike, BTW) a few years ago for the same reason - Hoping to find my estranged daughter and two granddaughters. I was in the same situation as Cindy. Fortunately, my daughter did not do my granddaughters in, and five years later, we see each other again. However, in those 5 years, I FELT as if my granddaughters were dead, and I too could not look at their photos, toys, toothbrushes, clothes, or room at my house, hiding them from plain sight.

I think LDB stated it in opening arguments but I doubt the jury remembers if she did bring it up.

OMG. ICA is more diabolical than I thought!!!!!!!!!!! She stole the teddy that Cindy was sleeping with. I have NEVER wanted the DP for any defendant more than I do for ICA. She needs to be eradicated from this Earth.

I totally agree, or her torment will not stop from behind bars. Think of all the frivolous lawsuits she can come up with. Or how she could taunt her parents for years with letters of "what really happened to Caylee". I've never been a fan of the DP, however, some people just will not stop hurting others. They have to be stopped. Permanently.

Lippman said they met with SA and read the physc evaluations which is how they learned of it. Did they meet with JB too?

Yes, but it is very important testimony, imo.

First, it shows the jury just how delusional Casey was with all of her intricate lies. This web of deceit goes far beyond JB's opening explanation, of a troubled girl learning to hide the truth. This is pathological cruelty.

Also, it helps explain why George did not immediately call 911 when he picked up the car. Cindy had been in communication with Casey every single day. So he did not think she was dead, and it probably never occurred to him that she would actually kill Caylee. imoo

Yes, in the docs released, there was a copy from her high school with a code on it. In the margin there was hand-writing (Yuri's?) stating that the code meant that the inmate did (or did not?) graduate. I don't remember which now. Darn memory is failing me! lol

No worries, my friend. This thread is moving far to fast and your post was the one I hit to respond to. We haven't been able to determine if that credit was made up or not. It's confusing but I am sure LE will correct me, us as to the truth of it, lol.
