I am beginning to think that the reason AL and LKB (for example) left the DT was because of disputes with JB. We know that this is why Lenamon left.

I suppose they could always approach HHJP in chambers and express their dismay - would that provide some 'insurance' for them if ICA eventually sues them all for ineffective counsel? Some time ago I asked AZLawyer a similar question and she did mention it would be malpractice on their part to say nothing if they had serious misgivings as to his basic competence.
I hope they have all recorded every conversation they've ever had with her! ?
