:waitasec:

I think this "new expert witness" is just another desperate attempt by the DT because they have NOTHING ... NOTHING ...

After seeing the jailhouse visit tape with Lee and Casey, I really believe that he knew Caylee was deceased when Casey said that she knew "that we'll all be together again "someday"'. That is exactly what people say when a loved one has died, and they have religious beliefs of eternity and heaven. There was an emotional long awkward silence after that and she goes into that hand and finger analogy. I believe she realized what she'd said and was deflecting.

Also: Hoping to never ever hear the word Absolutely again after this trial.

Why does Jose want somebody to come talk about bereavement when it's quite clear that Casey is not bereaved at all?

I have been reading since 2008 but this is my first post!

on the expert:

Dr. Sally Karioth Biography : Sally Karioth is a very special public speaker who has a gift for evoking a wide range of emotions from her audience. It is a gift she has acquired from her varied experiences as a nurse, teacher, writer, talk show hostess and nationally renowned grief therapist. And if one sentence characterizes her speeches, it is her slogan "life is not a dress rehearsal."

I guarantee you that KC knows its over for her but she wants to still put it to her family members and she is enjoying being out of her cage, if she stops then she won't be let out daily here.

Has not the time for submitting Expert Witnesses long passed?

Hm, like the evidentiary hearing in December

Without even knowing how and when and where Caylee died, how is someone who never met her "mother" going to make an "expert" judgement on Casey's behavior following the child's death?

JA pointing out that Baez's claim to be surprised by the fact that Casey's behavior after Caylee's death is coming in is BS. Has a prior filing to prove it.

JB - we are taking Dr. Voss's depo on Friday.

JA - the Court heard and denied motions by the defense attempting to exclude the evidence he just said he was surprised you let in. I believe the claim that he was surprised is disingenuous. He believes on 4/11 the defense said they might want to do what they said they "just thought of".

DT wants to use her to explain to jury why KC did not grieve. Why couldn't this new witness also be used to explain Georges so called non-grieving as well? Which will backfire on JB once again.
