Anyone read Cider House Rules? The doctor at the orphanage/ abortion clinic had an ether habit, I am assuming these are interchangeable: ether and chloroform.

I can't believe JB is helping bring home the State's case this way.

Is Baez going to have this poor man read EVERY search in the document?? And then ask him if he visited the page????

I'm guessing that Baez has visited every single URL in that list...

Why has no one mentioned tabbed browsing?? This is infuriating me.

I think Ricardo testified that he had never been to the Anthony home.

I think Ricardo testified that Casey invited him over for breakfast, Once, and that George and Cindy were not home..

WHy is he attacking this guy? His job was to translate computer lingo to English, he's not the detective!

I'm listening to part of testimony today of computer specialist and she says Zenaida was looked for in computer July 16th. What day did the real Zenaida Gonzales go look at apartment at Sawgrass? Anyone remember this?

Jose keeps asking Bradley if he looked at "that page." And Bradley answers, "no". Of course, he was only doing the forensics on the computer...you can bet that Yuri Melich looked at all the sites and is just waiting out in the hall to tell us all about it! I hate Baez...all he can do is muddy the water, he proves NOTHING!:maddening:

Afternoon all. Long time lurker, first time to post. It is driving me nuts that no one is talking about how the history would look if a person was using multiple tabs. I often have 6 to 10 tabs open with several loading at the same time. This easily explains how there is a new page load within seconds. It does not mean that person closed the previous webpage in that time frame, only a new search or page load occurred.

Your first post and it's a great one!

So that's the whole defense - SA has never ventured a cause of death (JB is trying to show this by mentioning the "never told you about ruptured spleens, etc.), but the DT is giving a cause of death, so they should be believed. Don't think it's gonna work.

FWIW, I made that connection on my own early on in the states argument, and I know nothing about computers.

Been wondering that myself. Even if it's obvious they still should highlight it. It's a simple concept and throws JB's constantly chirping about 8 seconds here, 11 seconds there out the window.

It hasn't been used since the late 1930's, early 40's. Not sure if it was used in labor but, yes, as an anesthesia...wayyyyy before ICA's time.

Queen Victoria used it for one of her many childbirths and all subsequent ones:)

I am well aware it is a dangerous compound/drug and not used anymore. What I was saying is that I am not sure Casey wanted it as a murder weapon, perhaps more as a "babysitter" and ended up killing her. I know, same penalty, but perhaps different intent. And duct tape to cover up, etc...

I do question Cindy not noticing anything if in fact Caylee was being drugged by anything long-term, as a nurse and as the adult who seemed to pay the most attention to her?

Hi,

I'm new, but I've been following the case since day one. Watching the trial now.

Seriously, what does it matter how long she was on these pages? Actually you can glean a lot of info from pages in a sort time, like whether that particular page on a subject is going to be useful to. If not you go to the next page and the next and so on.

The point is that she looked up these sinister terms at all.

But, um...:seeya:

JB is not helping the cause...was he there when LDB went through all this????

I think he's hoping the jury tunes out.

JB isn't going to try to say Casey was addicted to chloroform or something, is he? That would be...wow. Ridiculous.

Huh? Self Defense for Women?

Is he going to say that somebody was going to chloroform her and she needed to defend herself?
