This jury has not been following this case all along, as many here have. A jury should be reasonably impartial and is obliged to find not guilty if there is a reasonable doubt. Up to this point, and only to this point, the evidence isn't really fleshing out to premeditation to murder this beautiful little girl if you are a juror and haven't been made this case a faithful cause from the beginning.
We clearly know that it wasn't a kidnapping and CA is culpable for quite a few things by the letter of the law. I just can't say murder is one of them and it seems all the legal minds and talking heads giving their educated opinions and commentary on tv seem to be concurring with the door being open.

Hi, this is YooKay's husband hijacking her account - I am an IT Consultant with over 20 years professional experience and JB is making a point concerning the *timing* of the web pages that does not standup to scrutiny. He indicated that pages were visited for 7 seconds and that the longest was 1 minute + seconds.

The issue here is one of "tabbed browsing". If a single browser screen is used then this would be nonsensical since it would mean that pages were returned and then within a few seconds were replaced by another. However, the lack of a ''repeated occurrence" of the google search page is indicative of the fact that single browser tab was *not* used.

As such, multiple pages are instigated from a single google search result, each page opened in a new tab within seconds. However, the pages are then all available to view at leisure yet appear to have been opened within a few seconds of each other.

On another point... Self Defence leads to Meningeal Artery, the most common trauma of which produces internal bleeding within the skull and is commonly attributed to 'accidents' such as crashing the temple area of the skull into the corner of a table etc.

Not sure why JB even brought that up. All it does is make me wonder if ICA had chloroformed this child numerous times, and was curious if it might lead the child to have a dependence or tolerance to it.

Not helpful to the defense, at least where I am concerned.

I think that Jose is going to tie self defense to Ricardo's joke chloroform page to suggest that Casey was afraid he would chloroform *her* and she was researching how to defend herself.

All these searches can be be explained this way....KC was researching special effects for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal....part of her event planning job.

An aside......JB is aiming for KC looking up self defense....

Recall the comments that CA did not want KC jogging in JBlanchard park because of the murder of a UCF employee....Nicole Ganguzza.....apparently the catalyst for CA's concern about KC jogging.

THAT murder took place in July 2008.....NOT back when these searches took place.

Afternoon all. Long time lurker, first time to post. It is driving me nuts that no one is talking about how the history would look if a person was using multiple tabs. I often have 6 to 10 tabs open with several loading at the same time. This easily explains how there is a new page load within seconds. It does not mean that person closed the previous webpage in that time frame, only a new search or page load occurred.
