I'm pretty sure the defense is providing her clothes now, not her parents, from what I've read. They haven't seen her in some time. Also, I think she is always so uncomfortable and figdety in her clothes because she prefers skimpy clothing.

Don't throw rocks at me, but I would like to know if there is a possible connection between Roy Kronk, Dominic Casey, and possibly the psychic in Virginia (was it Va.?). The psychic had one of Caylees' bears. I have wondered about those possible connections for a very long time now. I just have a feeling that Dominic Casey knew Roy Kronk. There is something not quite right where Roy Kronk is concerned, IMO, and Dominic Casey as well.

I'm pretty certain she has to eat the food the jail provides, what she would normally get for lunch if she were in her cell all day long.

Because Baez changed the whole story by saying in his opening statements that Kronk somehow stole the body from George, and brought it to this scene just shortly before he "discovered" it. He also said Kronk discovered it at that time because he wanted the reward money to pay for the repairs on his car. :loser:

So, with that said, the SA has to switch up the timing of presenting evidence. They need to show this evidence had laid there through the summer and fall, before bringing on Kronk to testify about how he found it.:rocker:

I'm certain once Kronk testifies about his find for the SA, the defense will bring up his earlier calls. :banghead:

lg, do you really think the SA will call Kronk? Respectfully, I disagree...they don't want DT to get him on cross, and they know that DT is going to call him, so why not wait until they can get him on cross? Kronk is nothing more to the SA than the hero who found Caylee.

Did anyone else notice the big gulp ICA made when the canvas laundry sack was first mentioned during the viewing of the photos? She gulped, then did her weird exhale that she does. Remembering putting Caylee in the bag perhaps? Or mad she made the mistake of using so many household items from the A's home to stage her scene?!

Hopefully someone got screen shots of the ACTRESS from the time JB came back to DT until she pointed a directive finger to the deputies that it was time to be escorted out.

That entire time frame shows everything you need to know about CA & the DT. Very Telling.

She skirms in her seat, rises from her seat as if she were debarking a plane, waits for the jury to leave...now someone has added a bunch of balled up tissues in front of her. As soon as the jury leaves she recovers same bored face, unwraps her chest area from her white shroud, there is ABSOLUTELY NO FLUSHING of her skin, she leans over, lets out a huge exhale, plops a small Kleenex package down on the table, draws her face onto a broad smirk that rises from her right to the left, JB attempts a half-hearted hug which she pulls out of quickly and points to the deputies...a signal that she wants out of there now....

This is your news story: Bad Acting... it is as if the curtain comes down on the stage and the real Defendant stops acting.............

Okay -once more! Must lay foundation for how long the remains have lain there before Kronk testifies.

Baez has said Kronk put them there fairly recently before they were found - that this crime scene was staged. Must overcome the Defense bologna before it can be raised.

Then Kronk can testify.

Yes, but surely the SA has gained the jury's trust by now. I think they trust that at some point it will be explained. The SA has given the jury no reason to think that anything that they do or don't do is hinky. Now Baez on the other hand...

I don't mean to be insensitive, but is the public able to view any of the images they are speaking about? Is there a way to view them? I've been listening to WESH (not watching though)...are they showing the images on TV?

yes and No..The vegetation, pathways, tree's all shown, but no clear pictures of Caylee's remains for public viewing. JP ordered any and all skull pics were to be blurred or pixelated...So no..Thankfully...Although the courtroom people and jurors did see them clear...and Yes GA and CA left the courtroom.. Hope that helps

I agree that the SA should have calledRK ala how they called GA first- it makes it look like they are trying to hide something... the only thing that would make me less concerned is if it is not usual practice to call the person who finds the body and call LE instead, but I am pretty sure that is not the case. The SA just has to face the demons that RK provides, or be prepared to give credence to JB's theories. Kind of not a smart move IMHO.
