I'm catching up on some of the video from this morning - too busy with kids to get to watch more than a peek here & there.

The testimony about the dragging of the remains, the separation, where different parts were found . . . . it hurts to hear. I'm so sad. So very sad. Poor Caylee.

Divine intervention kept that skull, duct tape and and jaw all together through floods, animals and insects, storms, wind and gravity. It was meant to be found.

Dr. Fessel, with deep respect I want to agree with you. And to a large extent, I do. But it makes me also question why so many other victims are never found. KWIM? :(

Did I miss anything, I got as far as Dr. G and the roots in the blanket and bag. I can't find the morning link yet. TIA!

Thanks I had a bunch already but a couple other users gave me ideas on other. It is so creepy how similar they are.

If I didn't know for a fact that who Casey's parents were I would entertain the possibility that Casey was the daughter that Ted Bundy fathered with Carol Anne Boone in 1980 something.

my bad and apologies!!!!! I was playin catch-up and just caught MissJames reference...

sigh day late, dollar short....story of my life!

I sorry. )-:

LOL we posted it yesterday - but seriously with the experts around here I usually don't have a hope of posting anything significant around here so when I do....:floorlaugh:

Usually I hang around and say to myself after the fact...oh yeahhhh, I remember that....:loser:

I wonder if the mock juror would think it was logical to tape anything but a mouth in a kidnapping staging...

Back from my son's graduation and it seems as if I missed the right day. While I would have loved to have heard it all and probably will watch it later, THIS day's testimony is what brought me here to begin with. Little Caylee reminded me a lot of my daughter when I saw pics of her and even though I did not know her, it hit so close to home (my daughter was born a year after Caylee and my son was born a year before) I had a lot of trouble sleeping until December when they found her. I knew she was gone before I finished the first 400 pages, but the thought of what I am hearing being described gave me nightmares. I am glad they can't testify about what her soft tissue went through with certainty. Her eyes were what bothered me the most.

Poor sweet Caylee. Justice is coming and is just around the corner!

You know darned good and well I can't look at stuff outside of trial. :banghead:

But, I also don't have the benefit to seeing the actual pictures shown in trial...so all I can do is go by what I hear. I heard this doctor state that he couldn't say whether or not duct tape had covered the nose cavity. Now...what am I supposed to do with that information? Assume something is a fact when clearly it isn't?

Well look at the width of a piece of duct tape and the size of little Caylees face
that might help!

Heart sticker on the tape as well as the ones found in the anthony house...along w/ photos that she put hearts on Caylee pics in her photobucket account.

Casey all but signed her name to her daughters remains. imo

Ack - watching the tweets as we work our way up to the trial - the most emotional time was when they showed the bones of Caylee's little hands....

foxes, coyotes, gators, rats (sorry)

So there are larger non domestic animals in that area? See, I live way out in the country so we have everything, coyotes, bobcats, deer, wolves, rabbits, racoons, squirrels, opossum, moles, beavers, etc....you name it we've got it, we even have small black bears. But again, we are very rural so that is to be expected. Since the remains location is in a residential area, I was just wondering what animal activity and life would be in that area. Thanks for responding.

Last night I heard Mark Najame say that he thinks the SA will say Calyee died from choloform overdose VS duct tape being applied to suffocate. In case they can't prove the duct tape was arround her nose and mouth, the SA will state the duct tape was used to avoid "post mortem drainage".

Here's hoping the home depot video shows her buying acetone.

But, reading the autopsy report, no traces of chloroform were found in Caylee's hair, and hair tests are very reliable. I cannot get past this. Can someone help?

I think it was bondjamesbond that did most of the duct tape analysis, beach would know.

And if I recall correctly, AZlawyer used some of her Halloween decoration $$ to fund her project for us. Or maybe she was thinking about using it.

So this was sometime in the fall of 09. It's an excellent read. Kudo's to all those members (Beach, BJB, JWG maybe Val too) who contributed to it. A heartfelt thank you, again from me.

Another action an adult would do for a child. like cutting up her food into tiny pieces...I am waiting for after lunch for DCS to burp her.

And we've seen her with her blankie. What's next - sucking her thumb? :loser:

Sorry DT - NO ONE is buying the act. Give it up.

Truly, it would depend on what other evidence was given about the crime scene. But, I wouldn't think so, no.
