Bill Shaefer was saying earlier that Casey can opt out of this part of the trial, but defense wants her there pretty much so that the jury can see her emotions.

Also, earlier he did say that Casey has seen ALL of the evidence in this case, including the photos of the remains because if she hadn't seen them, during appeals process she can say she was not privy to all of the evidence.

I bet the reaction was different the first time she seen them.

BBM You mean her attorney's lied to the media yesterday when they said she never had seen them? I'm shocked. Hehe
