Good question...thought JB was surrounding himself with people who have talents he lacks...she does not seem to be writing JB's questions out...only puts arm around casey...

Kimmer calling in - Wants to ask AZ - What is the purpose of bringing on DS when it became apparent this week that JB is not going to let her do "cross". AZ - JB is not letting them use their talents and skills. DS just seems to be putting her arm around KC. She doesn't look like she expected her role to be that in this trial.

Dr. G - Says her DS's body language (fist) shows anger. She's ambivalent about her job. When jury sees attorney likes a client, they tend to be more open to accepting the client. She doesn't come of as liking KC.

Thank you! I was waiting for the Dorothy Clay Sims question! AZ Lawyer can't tell what she's doing besides putting her arm around ICA. She looks put out by the situation to me (per AZ).

Lillian Glass - there's a fist around her hand when she does that = which equates she's going through the mechanics of it. When the jury sees the atttorney likes the client, they see the client as more acceptable.

AZ: her body language indicates she doesn't like it, nor doesn't like it at all (GO AZ).

DR. G - KC flirty with JB. She peeks up at him like she's a child. She's so limited and immature.

AZ - KC almost has to testify to have the Defence's OS work but she would not be able to convince the jury. The jury has already seen her lie. Their not going to believe it.

Will ICA testify? AZLawyer says she almost has to testify, but big mistake in defense creating a strategy in which she does have to testify. (since the jury has heard so much of her glib lies)

AZLawyer: not really, it's ICA's choice unless hugely overt (snoozing through court) negligence.
