It seems to me, and this is MOO, that JB once again has no idea what he is talking about and is stretching out that "not knowing" into an endless stream of nonsensical questions and time killing. Sit down already, JB.

Huh i leave to get coffee... what happened to no further questions???:banghead: Wouldn't mind so much except for the fact we get a do over when the jury returns :(

Being exposed to trash/garbage changes the hair? :waitasec:

jose has no further questions

((((((thud))))))))

Well, he has difficulty thinking on his feet, so we might simply say that he can't think of any new questions at the moment. He'll probably try for his signature Columbo move -- pretending he's done, then firing off a question -- except it never works, because he does it so clumsily.

So now is Baez saying Caylee's hair was exposed to garbage?
Did I just hear that correctly?

Jurors do not know she is a convicted felon!
Not yet. The defense did open the door earlier and they may blow it wide open if they try to disparage Robin too much. ICA was in jail serving time for her felonies while she wrote to her after all.

Ok now Jose says that the trash/garbage caused the banding :thud:

What does JB think happen when hair is exposed to soda cans and cardboard?

#CaseyAnthony Wonder if people in audience are regretting being in line all night for this.

Geez - if this "reporter" is bored he should leave. :maddening:

Again proving my point that most of our society needs instant gratification as if this was CSI or Law and Order. It's not a TV show folks! This is real life and a real trial. It is not condensed into a 1 hour show or 2 hour Lifetime movie. If he wants that he should buddy up to Jim Lichtenstein! :banghead:

THIS is how it works!!!!

I meant on these current charges.

Would not matter. She has a recent felony theft conviction and should be treated as such in court. IIRC she is still serving her sentence on that....correct? :waitasec:

Now that this poor horse has been beaten to death it is time to move on! Give it up and let it go, Mr. Baez.
Bring in the jury!

Yep he is arguing the weather difference in TN versus FL

According to the studies in photography, black and white photos are more defined.

Okay but they were not even photos ,they were black and white printed images on photo. Or from a scanner.

What can you ask see on a black and white photo of a Hair?

I dont blame JB for wanting to depo on the hair photo he had not ever seen before. JA should have handed a power point over on sat.

He's had all of these pictures before. None of this is new. If he couldn't see what was pointed out to him in black and white he should have requested color photos during his extensive preparation for this expert witness. Clearly he was simply unprepared, as he has been for the entire trial.

Also, I don't hear him asking a lot of questions that would suggest he was trying to glean information that has only become apparent in color photos.
