She hasn't been convicted of anything. And that's all I'm going to say regarding "chair hopping" not being allowed.

She's been held in jail for three years and is the Defendant in a capital murder case. Being in this position, she's considered a potential danger to herself and others. I've never seen any other Defendant have such freedom to handle computer cords, swap chairs, linger after Court is dismissed to socialize, etc., and I've watched many a trial. Can you imagine Jeffrey Dahmer or Charles Manson being given such leeway? And with that, I'm off my soapbox. It's all just my own opinion anyway.

That's not even his argument. He said he didn't have the chance to use his own expert (did he not know he needed a hair expert because the photos were black and white?). In other words, he wasn't prepared.

Geesh..JB is so transparent...Root Banding on post mortem hairs is just that..postmortem banding is only on hair collected from cadavers..

Didnt DT claim during the fry hearings that there is no peer review of this root bandings..I think this is why SA are going to this extent..DT forced their hand to do this...Too Bad..Sooo Sad!!

Court administration does though. She's a convicted felon facing the death penalty. The court should take more care. Who knows what ICA has access to on the DT table. It looks like a garage sale most of the time.
