I would be really pissed if I was the jury and the State was wasting all this time calling their next witness while I am sitting away from my family all this time. I can't believe they didn't get their witnesses there now instead of waiting for a whole day wasting people's time. I would be livid if I was that jury.

I'm thinking the witness that is "coming in" is probably the cell ping guy and then they (SA) will call the tattoo guy. I don't believe the state is going to call Jesse G. He's got some damning testimony about Caylee and the pool and what he would think ICA would have done if there was an accident in the pool - the state is going to let the DT call him.

Was the tattoo guy interviewed by LE? Did we get the transcripts? What did he say?

That and for the rebuttal.

If that's the case, I think that is a brilliant move on the states part. They have followed a logical, chronological progression thus far...to stop here (well, tomorrow) and simply present evidence to rebut the defense sound like a great course of action to me.

I heard witnesses several times, not witness. And the judge didn't say they'd be done by tomorrow. He said the state might be wrapping it up by Wednesday.

I am thinking that a lot of these other witnesses, like Kronk, TES, etc will be addressed when the Defense presents them as THEIR witness...

I think SA just decided to use their testimony during cross of defense case?

You know, it does make sense to me that the state is almost done. They don't have to include everything we know--the tattoo, the things other witnesses know about her. It's probably better to keep their case as straightforward as possible.

The commentator on wesh said the SA may have had more witnesses, but it seems they are going to force JB to "prove" his opening statement. The SA can produce more witnesses in the rebuttal (after the defense), if they deem it necessary.
