I agree. The actual photos really stir strong emotions. I cried when I saw the hairmat. I wouldn't be surprised if jurors are carrying torches and pitchforks in the minds after seeing them all. Especially that tiny tiny little ducted tapped skull as it was found...discarded like trash.

I have read every document in this case, seen every pre-trial released photo....but was NOT prepared for my reaction when I saw that hair mat photo...cannot even imagine viewing the skull photos...

If I had that reaction, I am going to assume most, if not all, the jurors felt the same RAGE when they viewed them...

I really have a feeling that this side of Casey will show herself to the jury once the defense starts their case in chief. Right now, Casey can only show anger and contempt when being confronted with the State's evidence because it is not part of "her" story. Once the defense is presenting "her" story, I believe Casey will not be able to hide her smug behavior from the jury. She can't help herself.

And that look Casey is giving to Mason is not sexy... it is quite scary. Reminds me of the wicked witch in the Wizard of Oz "Come here my pretty."

I hope the jurors drop a house on the witch,jmo

why is casey allowed to even move one inch from her seat in court...i do not like that she is permitted so much wiggle room at that defense table...it's ridiculous!

the flirting with the senior citizen is definitely not helping her case especially, when she has alleged sexual abuse from her father...if anything she is demonstrating a "lolita" type personality!

Furthermore...(& not a bash!) but, who is her stylist? The attire she has been wearing to court seems to have come from a thrift store. Last week, she had a lavender sweater on which had a hole in one of the sleeves! Today, she is in a sweater that looks wrinkled and from her grandmother's closet!

What do you think the dt is trying to portray her as...poor?

The defense should have had this power point presentation in advance. Kind of ticks me off the State sprung it on them. Now this is interferring with the presentation. Why do they do stuff like that? I am all for the prosecution but don't like stuff like this.

Wiggle room? She is allowed to participtate in her own defense. It's her right. If she were unable to, she wouldn't be fit for trial.

Stylist? She isn't rich. The tax payers are footing the bill....do you want to have someone shopping for her at Sax? She was declared indigent. Thrift store works for me.
