It appears to me that HHJP is trying to be very kind to her, and NOT admonish her in front of the jury. Innocent til proven guilty---He can't appear to prejudice the jury with HIS annoyance at ICA.
Understood. But it could, and SHOULD, be addressed with her DT in private, IMO. Also, the bailiffs in this Courtroom need a crash course in proper procedure in handling defendants. Perhaps they should be sent to Pinellas county to see how things should be done. IMO, of course.
