She is a CSI for OCSO. She came in contact with ICA on 8/13/09 when she photographed her tattoo.

JB OBJECTED - OVERRULED.

She took a total of 23 photos. They were not all of the tattoo.

She was shown a photo of ICA in a sports bra - back view, showing tattoo on her left rear shoulder.

OBJECTION BY JB - no predicate - OVERRULED.

She was shown another photo which is a close up of the above tattoo.

I don't remember much of the day my daughter died ... just some flashes of it

I remember a lot of the day my son died,but I often have trouble with the chain of events,who was where,when, the time ,etc.....
I remember hearing the ambulance as I waited out the doors of the ER.
I remember the black shoes the dr. wore as he told me there was nothing else he could do. I remember seeing the first fireworks of the New Year as we walked through the parking lot.
But if I had to take the stand and testify as to what events took place and in what order? Couldn't do it : (
