My son re-wore all of his smaller size shorts after being potty trained. There was never any evidence of a disposable diaper being found. I know they deteriorate faster but just thinking that old shorts would easily fit......

Casey supposedly kept a bag in the car with some things for Caylee. I could easily see how the shorts could have been in there. But, Cindy also testified that Caylee was heavier in the pic. She probably thinned out with height.
A pull-up was found at the scene.

They didn't know before Caylee was found to ask Cindy about a pooh blanket. Since she noticed it in May I doubt Cindy connected it had anything to do with Caylee's disappearance in July.

Right, the warrant just jogged her memory when she saw it. I feel thats completely understandable.

The FBI analyst said the heart sticker residue was the size of a dime.

The puffy sticker is bigger.

But when it comes to the A's, NONE of them have been TRUTHFUL about anything regarding the past 3 years ... they have absolutely ZERO CREDIBILITY in my book !

The A's did EVERYTHING THEY COULD to THROW ANYONE and EVERYONE UNDER THE BUS -- except their daughter !

They destroyed evidence and obstructed justice for Caylee !

My almost 6 year old just dressed himself in some 3T shorts he found in the closet the other day. LOL And amazingly they weren't that tight!

My 8.5 yr old did that with an older pair of size 7 pants from a halloween costume recently. (and he is long since out of a size 7)

If the shorts were a material that stretches with an elastic waist it would be very easy to put on a pair of shorts 1 size too small.

Where was JB going with saying whoever dressed Caylee didn't know what size clothes she wore and who is to say CAYLEE didn't put those shorts on herself? At just shy of 3 she would have been at an age to insist on dressing herself sometimes and may have insisted on picking out her own clothes and not always made the best choices on what clothes to wear. anyone who is a parent would know that!

Oh goodness, my kids always wore smaller bottoms than tops. Not to mention, depending on designer one 24mos could be larger/smaller than another. This means nothing despite what JB was trying to get CA to imply.

Yes, I agree! Also, at the time Caylee was chubbier in that photo and fit into the shorts and as she thinned out she was still able to fit into the shorts.

My 2 year old daughter is wearing her clothes from last summer when she was one, which are sized at 12 month, 18 months. 2T is way to big for her although some 2t clothes do fit her.

With my kids they also wear smaller bottoms and bigger tops too.

The shorts could feasibly fit Caylee at both points in time, considering whether she was wearing a diaper or not, and further, what kind of diaper she was wearing (disposables are slimmer than cloth).

She wore pull-ups I believe. Cindy was toilet training. There's no evidence that ICA was.
