I've come to the conclusion that ICA represents pure evil.
I just don't get how she can sit there, with absolutely no emotion on her face, while her mom is on the stand, breaking down. How she can see see the pain her mom is in, pain she caused, and not look.....oh, I don't know....sad? sorry? remorseful (for being the root cause of why her mom is even up on the stand, at least)?[/B]
As much as I want to find a better use of my time, I find myself glued to the tv screen, searching her face for some small smidgen of feeling.

just a lil anecdote about using a dime as an indication of size - when I moved to the UK, everything like gel or whatnot says to use a hazlenut size amount. I was like ????? til I realised they meant dime size

I thought she testified to more than one roll of duct tape but perhaps when JB was questioning her he referenced the black roll? Not sure

I missed part of Cindy's testimony but I do remember she did claim in her 2009 State depo that George told her he placed the tape over the gas can.
George on the other hand denied it , saying it was too sloppy a job.

Cindy imo will where possible wiggle around certain evidence but I note she is still consistent re the BTCISP Tshirt. That puts the T shirt in ICA's exclusive use, probably kept in trunk with the Pooh blanket.

What George actually said was that when the the gas cans came back from the police, the duct tape he had put on was gone, (removed by police for evidence) and the police had replaced it with a new piece which was not put on as neatly as his original piece. George was only making the point that it was not the exact same piece of duct tape. This was because Jose had shown George the wrong picture of the gas-can (a picture taken after the police had changed the tape) and asked George if he had put the tape on the can. George was being honest by saying no, and then explaining the difference.

another note I just thought of. JB is going to use everything CA said that helps KC in the on defense call. i think CA now knows this. she may want to help Caylee now but cant and she knows it. her depos are finished. i think she is very upset with herself for lying in depos. im worried about when the defense calls her as a witness. she was so anti-state case at the time it will be really hard for her to help in anyway for justice for Caylee. (btw What would happen if she just broke down, admitted to lying to save her daughter and offered to be jailed for perjury. would all her staements in this trial be stricken from the record?) the gulit would kill me if i couldnt bring justice for Caylee if I was her

I'm not trying to be snarky, but reading from work is frustrating when everyone is typing about sizes of shorts/clothes/shirts their kids wear. What is going on in the court room?

When everyone was talking about clothes sizes there was silence in the courtroom as jurors were looking at the evidence of a heart sticker. Now they are showing duct tape evidence from wftv.

But seeing CA so torn today I'm reminded of the sacrifices my own grandmother made for me. And I just sent her a text that read thinking of you, I love you.

Although I'm not totally happy with CA today. My heart hurts that she will never get a text like the one above from Caylee one day.

Today is my grandmother's birthday. I called her this morning to wish her a happy birthday and told her I love her. Cindy will never get that kind of call from Caylee, and it's because of Casey, her own daughter. That is a nightmare in itself. I am still angry at all of the lies and coverups. But I think it is finally hitting Cindy that this trial is almost over, that Casey is NOT coming home, and Caylee is truly gone. Her life is going to be so empty after this trial is over. Maybe she can try to fill it with Lee and his future family, I don't know. I think in losing Caylee and Casey, Cindy has lost a lot herself that she will NEVER get back.

And tomorrow three years ago is the last time she saw Caylee. I think Cindy is truly breaking apart right now. I just can't muster up the anger I used to have at her right now. Now if Casey gets acquitted because of her mother, or if Casey is given a hero's homecoming parade by Cindy after somehow getting acquitted, I will be right back where I was for three years with Cindy, believe me.

Every woman on the jury will laugh at that. I have a closet full with three different sizes of clothing, the smallest size are the most expensive. I wear all of them. The size variation on childrens labels are even more familiar to mothers

Yes, it does matter. She lied before to help ICA and now she's not lying without impeaching herself. I think she may have realized what she did was wrong but can't really do anyting about it now.

If she was telling the truth then and is lying now then that is completely different than the first scenario.

Nothing is more trusting than a "Mothers Love". Cindy Anthony did not want to believe her Grand daughter was dead nor her daughter could hurt her. Over and over the Anthony family grilled Casey for information for the return of their Granddaughter. The media had already convicted Casey (probably rightfully so) but imagine if it was your child that was convicted all the while they still had no body.

Cindy's, I Love You, to Casey is a way of saying goodbye to her. The Anthony families support and belief of their own daughter is coming back to bite them in court now. And it is sad. Cindy is heartbroken all the while her daughter is using them and their actions as an alibi. This is now going to be a case of Casey Anthony Versus her family.
